。In the above configuration, the pressure sensor 1 detects biological information and outputs an analog signal. The signal conversion device 2 converts this analog signal into a signal having an appropriate amplitude width as a control signal to the output level control device 3. The output level control device 3 changes the output level of the noise signal output from the white noise generation device 4 according to the signal level converted by the signal conversion device 2. The sound output device 5 presents a noise signal whose output level changes to the user as a sound stimulus. Note that the output level control device 3 can be, for example, an electronic volume control.

In FIG. 2, for example, a piezoelectric element 6 of a pressure sensor provided on bedding such as a bed is installed so that when a user lies down on the piezoelectric element 6, the user's body is exactly located on the piezoelectric element 6. The piezoelectric element 6 may come into contact with the body directly or through a sheet, cushion, or the like. The piezoelectric element 6 is connected to a preamplifier 7, and the preamplifier 7 is further connected to a bandpass filter 8.

(b) is the waveform of body movement when set to Hz, (b) is the waveform of respiration when the passband is set to approximately 0.3 to 1 Hz, (c)
is the waveform of a heartbeat at rest when the passband is set to about 1 to 10 Hz. In the manner described above, information on body movement, respiration, and heartbeat can be extracted as synchronization signals. Since the amplitude width of each biological information waveform is different, the amplification factor of the preamplifier 7 may be set according to the biological information.

(1) Since sound, vibration, and stimulation are presented in synchronization with biological information that reflects the user's physiological and psychological state, interactive viewing is possible, and the sleep-inducing or relaxation effect can be further enhanced. (2) Since white noise is used as a signal source, it is easy to process the signal, and for example, a case where fluctuations in heart rate are 1/frequency (for example, 1/f fluctuations) is likely to be reflected as a stimulus.
