Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify an inner mechanism of a printer by a method wherein a flicker lamp to be lighted by a width equivalent to a size of specified paper is installed above a paper charge opening, and a shutter which opens or closes a width of the paper charge opening by a corresponding width content is provided. CONSTITUTION:A flicker lamp 3 is composed by an LED array and is installed above a paper charge opening 2. It is lighted by a width corresponding to a size of specified paper by operation of a customer in an operation part. A shutter moves left and right by cooperation of drive motors installed at its both ends and a conston spring, which opens and closes a width of the paper charge opening 2 to a width corresponding to a size of specified paper by operation of the customer in the operation part.

[Claims] 1. An operation section for specifying in advance the size of the paper to be used by a customer's operation, and a flicker provided in the paper insertion slot that lights up with a width corresponding to the size of the paper specified by the operation section. A printer for an automatic transaction machine, comprising: a lamp; and a shutter provided in the paper insertion slot and opened by a width corresponding to the designated paper size.
