て構成が煩瑣であり、更に引き手を牽引して走行
している際には引き手の止着点を中心として尾端
振れを起して安定性が必ずしもよくはない等の問
題点があつた。

方に貫出されて引き手を形成するようにされた紐
体と、この紐体をパイプ状部に挿通することによ
つて形成される進行方向の安定を兼ねる滑走性増
強畝条とを設けることによつて上記の問題点を解
決しようとするものである。

加うるにうしろ押し形式で且つ紐体がパイプ状部
により前方に引き出された形で引き手を形成して
いるので引き手に牽引による走行の際に尾端振れ
を起さず安定性がよく危険性も少ないなどの諸効
果も併せ有するものである。
