考案に係るLEDアレイと従来のLEDアレイと
の相違を説明する模式図、第3図はチツプ内で隣
り合う発光部間の距離に対する隣接するチツプ間
に跨がつて隣り合う発光部間の距離の偏差を横軸
に、隣接するチツプ間に跨がつて隣り合う発光部
間の距離を多数のLEDアレイについて実測した
