In this case, since a diaper cover is usually attached to the outside of the diaper, the diaper, which contains moisture such as urine and sweat, becomes stuffy inside, and the inside of the diaper wearer's inner thighs, buttocks, genitals, etc. Ammonia dermatitis, so-called diaper rash, occurs on the skin of the wearer, causing discomfort to the wearer.

In order to solve this problem, recently, disposable diapers in general use polymers (polymer absorbers) to instantly turn water such as urine into a jelly inside the diaper, which covers the entire surface that comes into contact with the wearer's skin. There are products that are designed to keep diapers always dry and prevent diaper rash.

Problems to be solved by the invention The invention solves the problem in the contact surface with the wearer's skin of ordinary diapers made of cotton material etc.
By sewing a layered fabric knitted with a hydrophobic synthetic fiber material such as polyester with a raised surface, it is possible to keep the area dry at all times, and it can be washed repeatedly. It was developed with the aim of providing a diaper that can be used, is economical, and does not retain moisture on the surface that comes in contact with the skin.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the structure of the present invention is such that the diaper main body 1 is made of a fabric woven from a fibrous material such as cotton, and a hydrophobic synthetic material such as polyester is used. A multi-layered fabric 4 which is integrally knitted with a front surface portion 2 made of a raised fiber material and a back surface portion 3 woven from a similar fiber material is sewn or otherwise sewn onto an appropriate position on the surface of the diaper body 1. It is.

Function In the present invention, the entire multilayer fabric 4 is knitted with hydrophobic synthetic fiber material such as polyester by the above-mentioned means. Moisture that permeates through the raised surface part 2 is rapidly absorbed and diffused by capillary action, passes through the back part 3, and transfers to the fabric such as cotton that constitutes the main body 1 on the back side, and this part becomes hydrated. . At this time, since the multilayer fabric 4 is hydrophobic and does not retain water, its surface portion 2 is not constantly moist.

Conversely, when the moisture contained in the diaper body 1 is applied with pressure from the outside, it penetrates and diffuses into the back surface 3 of the multilayer fabric 4, but the surface section 2 on the back side has hydrophobic naps. Because of its shape, water does not flow back to the relevant area, so the surface portion 2 is not always damp and comes into soft contact with the wearer's skin through its raised portion.

Embodiment Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be further explained based on the drawings. FIGS. 1 and 2 show the inside of the wearer's thigh, buttocks, It is a perspective view and a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a layered fabric 4 is sewn or otherwise provided on the surface of a vertically wound cotton cloth that covers the private parts, etc., and the diaper body 1 is made of fabric woven from cotton material. Two pieces are stacked one on top of the other, and the periphery of the fabric is sewn to form an integral piece, and a pad 5 made of a similar cotton material is enclosed in the middle part of the top and bottom stacked cotton fabrics to absorb penetrating moisture. Do it like this.

The multilayer fabric 4 has a triple structure using polyester fibers, the front side 2 is made of raised hydrophobic polyester 50 denier yarn, and the back side 3 is made of a woven fabric of polyester 50 denier yarn and polyester. It is woven together with a woven fabric made of 30 denier thread, with double layers on the front and back sides. Therefore, in this embodiment, the multilayer fabric 4 has a three-layer structure including, in order from the top, a raised part, a woven fabric part made of 50 denier yarn, and a woven fabric part made of 30 denier yarn.

The reason why this back surface part 3 is made double is that the water that permeates from the front surface part 2 is absorbed by capillary action, instantly diffused over a wide area, and the moisture is quickly transferred to the cotton fabric of the main body 1 located on the back side. For this purpose, if the polyester yarn constituting the back surface part 3 is impregnated with a hydrophilic agent in advance, the above-mentioned water absorption and
The diffusion becomes even more rapid, and the main body 1 located on the back side
Moisture transfer to the cotton fabric occurs more rapidly. Furthermore, the configuration of the back surface portion 3 is not limited to this, and may simply be composed of a single piece of fiber fabric of the same thickness that serves as a base for supporting the nap, and may also be composed of a multilayer fabric. Both side edges of the diaper body 1 are sewn together with cotton fabrics on the front and back sides of the diaper body 1 at an appropriate center so that the pads 5 in the diaper body 1 are always fixed at positions corresponding to the layered fabrics 4.

In this example, polyester yarn, which has excellent hydrophobicity and quick drying properties, is resistant to abrasion and heat, and is easy to wash, is used as the constituent fiber material of the multilayer fabric 4, but the material is not limited to this. In short, certain objects of the present invention can be achieved if the nap of the front surface part 2 is made of a hydrophobic fiber material and the fabric of the back part 3 has excellent water absorption and diffusion properties.

Further, in this embodiment, the shape of the diaper to which the multilayer fabric 4 is attached by sewing etc. is rectangular, but it is not limited to this, and can be square, square, or rectangular, corresponding to the European and American triangular shape, or the cross shape. It may be triangular or oval, and the overall shape of the layered fabric 4 is not limited to a rectangle.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention configured as described above, the raised surface portion 2 of the multilayer fabric 4 is always dry without being damp due to its hydrophobicity and quick-drying properties. A person's inner thighs, buttocks, genitals, etc. can always be kept smooth and dry, so diaper rash does not occur in these areas, and they have excellent heat retention and are soft to the touch. It can be used over and over again, making it extremely economical compared to conventional disposable diapers. This is the invention of diapers.
