であるから、加工工数及び作業工数が増大し、コスト高
となる欠点がある。また、現場溶接では、溶接の品質管
理が難しいという欠点もある。他方、水平な接合プレー
トを用いてボルト接合するものでは、この接合プレート
は柱接合部分の水平方向に突出することから、柱間の空
間部分がその分だけ狭くなり、外壁取付金具その他の金
具などの部品類の取付や窓などの開口部の配置に制限を
受けるという不都合がある。更に、このような構造では
荷重の伝達部が柱の外側にあることから接合強度が弱い
