(1) Since the lighting tube 6, the capacitor 7, and a part of the outer lead wires 8a and 8b for the preheating circuit are stored in the lighting tube storage part 5 in a free state, the fluorescent lamp device 1 does not vibrate. Then, the lighting tube 6 is placed on the inner wall of the lighting tube storage section 5.
Alternatively, the capacitor 7 may be hit and the lighting tube 6 may be damaged or an abnormal noise may be generated.

(2) Since the outer lead wires 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b for the preheating circuit and the pins are not coated with an insulating tube or the like, when the fluorescent lamp device 1 vibrates, the outer lead wires 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b are not covered with an insulating tube or the like. The lighting tube 6, the capacitor 7, etc. may swing within the ignition tube 5, and the lead wires 8a to 9b may be twisted, causing a wire touch or the like, which may cause a short circuit. As a result, the fluorescent lamp 2 may suffer from defects or early darkening.

(3) The fluorescent lamp device 1 shown in FIG. 11 has the base 3 located below the fluorescent lamp 2, and is in a so-called base-down state. However, this can be reversed so that the base 3 is facing upward. When the lamp is lit in a so-called base-up state, the temperature of the cap 3 and its interior increases significantly.

For this purpose, the lighting tube 6 and the capacitor 7
If the temperature exceeds the upper limit of the allowable temperature, the fluorescent lamp 2 may not be able to start due to a short circuit in the lighting tube 6, or an excessive current may be generated due to a short circuit in the capacitor 7, resulting in heat generation, and the lamp cap 3 may be short-circuited.
This may cause the resin part of the product to melt or generate smoke.

As described above, each embodiment includes the lighting tube 22, the capacitor 23, and the outer lead wires 19b and 20 for the preheating circuit.
Since a part of b is fixed to the inner surface of the lighting tube accommodating portion 13c of the base 13 with the silicone adhesive 24 or 24a, 24b, even if the fluorescent lamp device 11 vibrates, the lighting tube 22, the capacitor 23, and the pair of It is possible to prevent the outer lead wires 19b, 20b for the preheating circuit from swinging within the lighting tube storage section 13c and colliding with the inner wall of the lighting tube storage section 13c, thereby preventing the generation of abnormal noise. This can prevent short circuits caused by contact with the As a result, defects and early darkening of the fluorescent lamp device 11 can be prevented.

Therefore, in this embodiment, the lighting tube 22 and the capacitor 23 have good heat dissipation. For example, when the lighting tube 22 and the capacitor 23 are entirely covered as shown in FIG. As shown, the covered area is 100
%, the heat radiation temperature is approximately 15℃, and the lighting tube 22
Also, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the capacitor 23 from increasing. As a result, it is possible to prevent the lighting tube 22 from exceeding the upper limit of the allowable temperature and short-circuiting and causing a malfunction.
Since excessive current due to short-circuiting and heat generation due to this can be prevented, melting of the resin portion of the cap 13 can be prevented.
