[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, a pressure equalizing nozzle is provided in a tank, and this is connected to a vacuum generator of a vacuum evaporator having the highest operating pressure. A pressure regulating valve is installed on the lower bearing inlet pipe to prevent the lubricant from being sucked into a vacuum, and the return pipe is installed at the bottom of the tank so that it is always in the lubricant. The difference in height between the lower bearing and the tank is such that the difference in operating pressure can be compensated by the hydraulic pressure of the lubricant.

[Operation] When the lubricating device is installed as described above, the lubricating liquid in the tank rises due to the pressure difference with the tank in the return pipe of the vacuum evaporator, which has a low operating pressure, and balances the pressure difference.

[0007] Lubricating fluid is supplied from a tank to each lower bearing portion by a pump. Then, it passes through the return pipe and is collected again into the tank. The difference between the tank pressure and the lower bearing pressure is balanced by the hydraulic pressure of the lubricating fluid in the return pipe. If the operating pressure is close to atmospheric pressure, or if there is a sufficient height difference between the lower bearing and the tank, the tank pressure equalization nozzle can be used to maintain the tank at atmospheric pressure without connecting it to a vacuum generator. He is also a master.

The lubricating fluid in the tank 1 is supplied to the pump 3 through the valve 15 and the strainer 2, and is pressurized by the pump 3, and is then passed through the check valve 13, the flow meter 7, the piping 17, the pressure regulating valve 11, and the valve. 12 to the lower bearing 9 of each vacuum evaporator. Since the pressure in the lower bearing 9 is a vacuum, the lubricating fluid is used to increase the pressure in the pipe 17 to above atmospheric pressure using the pressure regulating valve 11. The lubricating fluid exiting the lower bearing passes through the valve 12, the sight glass 8, and the pipe 16 and is collected into the tank 1. In this case, the lubricating fluid in the tank 1 rises in the return pipe of the vacuum evaporator whose operating pressure is low due to the pressure difference with the tank 1, and the pressure difference is balanced. The safety valve 5 is used to protect the pump, and the control valve 6 is used to control the overall flow rate. Since the piping 16 is a vacuum piping, the tank attachment part is installed vertically and the piping returns to the liquid phase part in the tank 1. Similarly, the return piping of the lower bearing 9 of another vacuum evaporator is attached to the tank 1. Here, if there is a difference between the pressure in the tank 1 and the pressure in the lower bearing 9, lubricating fluid accumulates in the vertical portion of the pipe 16, creating a hydraulic pressure and balancing. In this way, the lower bearings 9 of a plurality of vacuum evaporators can be lubricated by one lubricating device without any problem.

[0010] If one vacuum evaporator breaks down, by closing the valve at the lower bearing inlet/outlet of that equipment, the operation of the lubricating system can be continued without affecting other equipment.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, lubricating fluid can be supplied to the lower bearings of a plurality of vacuum evaporators by simply providing one lubricating device, thus reducing costs and making maintenance easier. .
