させてきわめて強固にチツプ20を保持すること
が可能となる。このため、切削開始前に何物かが
ホルダに触れたり、あるいはホルダが振動したり
しても上記チツプ20が脱落する恐れがない。し
かも、これら滑り止め層21,22を介してチツ
プ20をホルダの取付面に確実に密着させること
ができるため、ホルダの取付面等の寸法を高い精
度で仕上げる必要もなく、よつて上記ホルダ等の
製造単価を低減化させることもできる。
