BACKGROUND ART Regarding this kind of toy that exhibits duality due to temperature changes, it has been proposed that the surface color changes before and after a predetermined temperature (for example, Utility Model No. 60-102090). , Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-228141,
61-188481, 61-196988), but of the two states before and after the change, only one specific state can exist in the normal temperature range. In other words, the other state is maintained as long as the heat or cold required to bring it about is applied, but when the heat or cold is no longer applied, it returns to the state it exhibits at room temperature. It is something.

Problems that the invention aims to solve This invention has two aspects: it not only changes the color of the surface due to temperature changes, but also allows you to freely select either the appearance before or after the change and maintain that appearance at room temperature. The idea is to provide toys that show sexuality.

Means for Solving the Problems The color memory toy of the present invention further exhibits a hysteresis characteristic depending on temperature changes on the surface of at least a portion of the toy, which itself has one aspect, so as to change the color between a colored state and a colorless state or a colored state. It is a composition in which colors are applied using a coloring material in the form of ink, paint, paint, etc. containing a quasi-reversible temperature-sensitive dye that exhibits chromatism between two colored colors.

The hysteresis characteristic is that the shape of the curve plotting the change in coloring temperature due to temperature change is different depending on whether the temperature is changed from a lower temperature to a higher temperature than the discoloration temperature range or vice versa. Combining both curves creates a loop (9th
(see figure). Among the matching points of both curves at both ends of the loop, if the temperature of the matching point on the low temperature side is A, and the matching point on the high temperature side is B, then in the semi-reversible temperature-sensitive dye used in the present invention, A is ice or cold water. B indicates the temperature obtained from familiar objects such as body temperature, bath water temperature, or hair dryer, that is, approximately 27 to 90 degrees Celsius. The temperature range (hereinafter referred to as the two-color retention temperature range) in which both the colored and colorless phases or the colored 1 and colored 2 phases can coexist is within the room temperature range, and in particular, from about 10°C to Those in the normal temperature range of 35°C are preferably selected.

Furthermore, regarding the semi-reversible temperature-sensitive dyes, there are those with different colors, those whose two-color retention temperature range is within the room temperature range but different from each other, and special examples of the above, such as those where one semi-reversible temperature-sensitive dye has a two-color retention temperature range of the other. Combinations of different types, such as combinations that are broader than and include those of quasi-reversible temperature-sensitive dyes, can be applied to the same surface area or applied to different surface areas, resulting in a wide variety of effects. To impart compatibility between patterns and design aspects to toys.

This semi-reversible temperature-sensitive dye is dispersed in a suitable vehicle and used as a colorant in the form of ink, paint or paint to color a desired location on the surface of a figurative toy. Of course, the above treatment may be performed on the surface of the member before it is incorporated into the toy.

Function: If the part of the figurative toy to which the semi-reversible temperature-sensitive dye is coated is colorless (the underlying coloring appears), the surface is once cooled to below temperature A to make it colored, and then allowed to cool to room temperature. If returned, the aspect of the colored state is maintained at room temperature.

This simulated instant photo becomes entirely black when cooled to below 10℃, remains black even when returned to room temperature (15℃ to 28℃), and disappears when exposed to temperatures above 30℃, creating a colorful pattern. It becomes the appearance. This pattern was maintained at room temperature and could be played by repeating the changes described above.

Effects of the invention As mentioned above, the present invention is capable of changing the appearance of part or all of the surface of a toy using heat or cold sources found in daily life, and at the same time retaining the desired appearance at room temperature. By giving each part of the doll, such as the doll's face, hair, nails (manicure), costumes, accessories, shoes, hats, etc., a dual nature, you can create several different versions of the toy without having to replace those parts. It can be used as a toy that exhibits various aspects. In this way, the present invention provides users with a variety of ways to play with a single toy, and adds high added value to the toy.
