端縁に、床面との間を閉塞する密閉基体を昇降自
在に配設し、該密閉基体を扉枠内に引き込み付勢
し、扉枠内には、前記蝶番が取付く側のフレーム
に向かつて先端部を突出付勢したロツドを略水平
状に設け、該ロツドと前記密閉基体とをリンク機
構を介して連結し、ロツドの先端部の押し込みに
より密閉基体が床面方向に下降するように構成す
る一方、前記移動パネルの本体内には、当該移動
パネルの移動方向端面に向かつて一端部が突出付
勢された作動杆を、前記フレームにおける蝶番が
取付く側の側端面との間にて進退動自在に配設
し、前記潜戸を有する移動パネルにおける移動方
向端面が隣接する移動パネルまた間口部材の端面
に接当するとき、前記作動杆の一端部を押し込
み、該作動杆の他端接当部を前記ロツドの先端部
を押圧する位置に臨ませるように構成したことを
