[Detailed explanation of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention consists of a frame made of metal shapes and a sliding shoji made of frames made of metal shapes, which are fitted in a double-sliding manner. It is a heat insulating sash in which the outdoor frame and the indoor frame are connected with a heat insulating piece, and a wooden decorative board is provided on the indoor wall surface of the shoji stile. It is particularly characterized by the airtight part between the lower frame of the frame and the lower stile of the shoji sill. Regarding the heat insulating satsushi provided.

Although the above-mentioned double shoji screen has excellent soundproofing and heat insulation effects, it has the disadvantage that it is expensive because the shoji is fitted twice. Therefore, it was considered that a single-layer shoji screen could provide insulation and no condensation, and as a solution, it was proposed to cover most of the surfaces of the metal sash that are exposed indoors with wooden decorative boards. . However, if the wooden decorative board is thin, such as plane scraps, the desired effect cannot be obtained, and a relatively thick one is required. However, due to the thick wall, there is a drawback that the expected dimensions of the sash frame are thick, and when installing tight material to maintain airtightness, according to conventional technology,
Tight material is protruded from the outdoor and indoor sides of the shoji to seal the gap between the shoji and the frame, but when a wooden decorative board is provided as described above, the tight material is attached to the decorative board. However, since the decorative board is made of wood, it takes time and effort to process mounting means such as grooves for attaching the tight material, and there are various problems that cannot be solved using conventional techniques.

The purpose of this invention was to solve the above-mentioned problems. In particular, we made improvements to the fit between the single-layer shoji and the lower frame of the frame, and the expected dimensions of the sash changed from the conventional sash with a single-layer shoji to a difference. To provide a heat insulating sash capable of maintaining reliable airtightness and heat insulation by reducing the degree of processing on wooden decorative boards.

The heat-insulating sash based on this idea has a heat insulating sash that is placed on the lower rail of the indoor frame, at the part that faces the closed outdoor shoji.
A hard synthetic resin base constituting the lower airtight body is provided protruding to the outdoor side, and a soft synthetic resin fin is provided protruding from the outdoor side of the base to contact the wooden decorative board provided on the indoor wall surface of the outdoor shoji. Since the lower airtight body protruding from the lower rail of the indoor frame seals the gap between the outdoor shoji and the lower frame, it can also cover a part of the outdoor frame to maintain airtightness. Furthermore, since the lower airtight body covers the upper part of the insulation material that connects the indoor and outdoor frames, it prevents deterioration and improves the durability of the insulation material of the lower frame, which tends to deteriorate especially when exposed to direct sunlight. It is something to do.

By the way, according to the conventional technology, in the structure of this invention, a tight material is interposed between the vertical wall of the outdoor frame and the decorative board of the outdoor shoji, but according to this, the vertical wall is made of metal and there is no material that protrudes from the outdoor frame. As a result, a part of the outdoor frame is directly exposed indoors, and when a wooden decorative border is attached to it to provide insulation, it becomes thicker and the expected dimensions of the entire sash frame become larger. However, according to this idea, since the lower airtight body also covers a part of the outdoor frame to maintain airtightness with the outdoor shoji, it can be formed with almost the same expected dimensions as a conventional sash with a single-layer shoji. It is.
