々、特に循環器系統の慢性病、心臓疾患の人々などは入
浴をひかえることが望ましく、身体の新陳代謝の不活発
な老人の場合或いは身体の新陳代謝の機能はよくても体
温調節機能にすぐれていない幼年および少年などの子供
にも従来のサウナ入浴は適さない欠点があった。

と上下方向に段階を設けて室内を高温部分と低温部分と
中間温度の部分とを形成し、前記低温サウナ室の温度制
御を遠隔操作装置によってなしうるようにしてなる低温
サウナ室の温度制御装置である。

させることとなり、汗のみならず、体内に蓄積された種
々の不純物、異物等を体外に排出することができる効果
がある。また、運動不足の解消と疲労回復の効果がある
。さらに遠赤外線放射による低温サウナ室への入浴によ
り、適度の戸外運動をしたことと同程度の発汗をうなが
すこととなり、疲れをほぐしうる効果がある。また、血
行も促進され、適度の疲労感を覚え爽やかな気持になり
える効果がある。また、本発明の室温摂氏60度以下の
低温サウナ室による遠赤外線サウナ入浴法により入浴す
ると、単に発汗作用を促進するのみならず、全身の新陳
代謝を促進することとなり、全身美容にも効果がある。 また、食事および睡眠および便通など生理的な面ででも
快くなる効果がある。また、従来のサウナ室は、熱気対
流伝導式であって、サウナ電源により電熱式に空気加熱
をし、室内温度を、摂氏100度乃至摂氏110度に高

下脂肪、脂肪酸エステルなどが排出させられることとな
り、汗腺のみならず皮脂腺まで働かせることになり、遠
赤外線輻射体からの放射により表眞皮に輻射され、さら
に汗腺を通して皮膚の深部にまで到達し、直接発汗セン
サを刺激して発汗させるとともに皮脂腺をも刺激して老
