電素子を接着するとともに、他面にロータを重ね
てそれをバネ材でステータ側に圧接させ、ステー
タとロータとバネ材の各中央孔に回転シヤフトを
貫通させて、回転シヤフトがバネ材を介してロー
タと一体に回転するようにした超音波モータにお
いて、ロータと回転シヤフトとの嵌合部を互いに
円形以外の突部又は凹部を有する断面形状にして
、両者間の回り止めとなるようにしたことを特徴
