In general, there are two types of telephones that have a call charge collection function: public telephones and pink telephones. These telephones send a polarity reversal signal to the telephone line when the telephone line between the calling party and the called party is connected. The polarity is reversed and transmitted at regular intervals.
Publication No. 2510). The calling party's telephone detects the polarity reversal signal that arrives at regular intervals as a currency collection signal, and collects the charge for each frequency. However, since normal telephones do not have this mechanism, there is no way to know the call charges on the telephone terminal side. In addition to public telephones and pink telephones, there are regular telephones that count the minutes of a call, but when making a call, the time from when you pick up the handset until the other party picks up is added up.
The counted value does not necessarily match the meter at the central office. Also, if it matches the meter at the telephone office,
There are pink telephones that store coins for each call time, public telephones, and public telephones that use magnetic cards, but all of them have complex mechanisms, are large, expensive, and require coins or magnetic cards. The purpose of this invention is to use a pink telephone line for telephones that do not have a toll collection mechanism to match the call time count with the exchange meter, and also to provide a simple frequency counter in place of coins and magnetic cards. To provide a call charge instant notification telephone set which can manage and regulate outgoing calls simply, compactly, and inexpensively by using a telephone set.

According to the present invention, when a call becomes possible, a polarity reversal signal as a coin storage signal is input through the line connection terminal, and then the relay circuit is activated to turn on and off the relay contact on the frequency meter side. As a result, the power is intermittently applied to the power meter, and the power is incremented each time. Since the polarity reversal signal arrives for each call frequency, the outgoing call charge can be easily determined by looking at the counter number of the frequency meter, and if the frequency meter is an insert type, it is possible to regulate outgoing calls. Therefore, charges are accumulated accurately in accordance with the call time, and charges are prevented from being counted simply by picking up the handset.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the call charge instant telephone set according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is an external view showing one embodiment of the present invention;
The figure is a circuit diagram of the above telephone, and FIG. 3 is a coin storage signal received by the pink telephone from the central office. As shown in these figures, a frequency meter M for counting the number of calls is attached to the side of the main body of the telephone. This telephone has a built-in circuit as shown in FIG. The telephone communication circuit consists of a transmitter circuit T, a balance circuit Z,
and a receiver circuit R are connected in parallel, from which connection terminals L 1 and L 2 to the exchange side are derived.
A ringing circuit of dial contacts D i , D s and a bell B is provided between both connection terminals L 1 and L 2 . Also,
A communication circuit is closed between the ringing circuit of the bell B and the connecting line to the connecting terminal L2 by the hook switches H s1 and H s2 which are turned on by lifting the receiver. In addition to such a circuit configuration, the present invention is provided with a relay circuit in which contact b of the hook switch Hs3 , which is opened in conjunction with lifting of the handset, a relay O, and a power source E are connected in series. Further, a relay R and a relay contact r3 which is closed by the relay R are connected to the power source E at the contact a of the switch Hs3 . A relay P activated by polarity conversion of the terminal input is interposed on the connection terminal L 1 side, and a rectifier D 1 and a relay contact r 1 activated by the relay R are connected in parallel with this. ing. Furthermore, the connection terminal L 1 is connected to a capacitor C 1 , a diode d 1 ,
A starting circuit for relay R is connected via a bridge rectifier D 2 consisting of d 2 , d 3 , and d 4 . Furthermore, between the connection point of the bell B on the connection terminal L2 side and the hook switch Hs1 , there is a relay contact r2 which is closed by the relay R, and a relay contact r2 which is closed by the insertion of a frequency meter M, which will be described later, into the telephone. A contact m is provided in parallel, and the closing of this contact establishes electrical continuity between the connecting terminal L2 and the transmitting circuit T side. Further, the main body of the telephone is provided with an insertion slot for inserting a frequency meter M, and this slot has a power terminal v connected to the power source E and a ground terminal s. The ground terminal s has the connection terminal
A relay contact p operated by a relay P provided on the L1 side is connected. Furthermore, a contact m parallel to the relay contact r2 faces the slot, and the insertion of the frequency meter M mechanically closes the contact m. The removable frequency meter M increments the counter with one energization, and increments the frequency each time the relay contact p is closed. This is a general counting counter and uses a well-known frequency meter. Note that EB in the figure is an emergency push button, which bypasses the relay contact r 2 and contact m and connects to the connection terminal L 1.
This is intended to connect the transmitter circuit T side to the transmitter circuit T side. The operation of the call charge instant telephone set as described above is as follows. (1) For transmission If the frequency meter M is an insertion type, the frequency meter M
By inserting , the m contact becomes a contact. Under normal conditions, L1 is connected to the exchange so that it has positive polarity and L2 has negative polarity. When you pick up the receiver, L 1 −D 1 −D i −T−H s1 −m
−L 2 creates a DC loop circuit for the exchange.
By dialing here, you will be connected to the other party. When the other party answers, it is used as a coin storage signal.
L 1 is connected to - and L 2 is connected to +. At this time, D 1 becomes non-conductive, and L 2 −m−H s1 −T−D i −P−L 1
The P relay operates in this circuit. As a result, the contact p of the P relay becomes connected, causing the frequency meter M to count only once. When the coin storage signal ends, L1 becomes +, L2 becomes -, D1 becomes conductive, and the P relay is restored. Thereafter, each time the coin storage signal arrives, the relay P operates to cause the frequency meter M to count. (2) In the case of emergency calls If it is necessary to make an emergency call without inserting the frequency meter M, by pressing the emergency button EB, the call can be made by contacting the EB contact instead of the m contact. (3) When receiving a call When you are not using this phone, turn off the power
-0-H s3 (b)-Relay O operates when grounded, and the O contact is in contact. In the case of an incoming call, a signal with the waveform shown in FIG. 4 repeatedly arrives. When this incoming signal arrives, L1 side +
When the waveform is , the current is L 1 −o−C 1 −d 1 −R−d 4
The current flows in the L 2 circuit, and when the waveform is negative on the L 2 side, the current is L 2
−d 3 −R−d 2 −C 1 −O−L 1 flows in the circuit, and relay R operates each time a signal arrives, and each time r 1 , r 2 , r 3
A contact point is a contact point. Additionally, during this time, bell B also rings. When you pick up the handset, along with the operation of relay R,
At L 1 −r 1 −D i −T−H s1 −r 2 −L 2 , the switch is placed in a response state. On the other hand, relay R is E-R-r 3 -H s3
(a) - Self-maintaining with earth and maintaining the communication circuit. As a result, when a call arrives, it is possible to respond regardless of whether or not the frequency meter M is inserted. During the call, the O relay is restored and disconnects C 1 -D 2 -R from the call circuit. The o-contact also serves to separate C 1 -D 2 -R from the communication circuit when making a call.
