    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アルミフオイル等の反射性基材の上に、炭素等
    の吸収損失材を含むセラミツクスの複数層を傾斜
    的に混合密度を変えて積層し、さらにその上にこ
    れと別種と吸収損失材を含むセラミツクスの単層
    または複数層を傾斜的に混合密度を変えて積層し
    たことを特徴とする誘電性電磁波吸収体。
