Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the stability on the water by mounting two pairs of right and left floaters through floater supporting rods to both sides of each of portal supporting frames provided on both sides in front and rear directions of an amphibian vehicle so that the positions of the floaters can be adjusted vertical, in front and in rear directions, and in right and in left directions. CONSTITUTION:For an amphibian vehicle A, six wheels 1 on the right and left serve as propulsion units on the water. Floaters 2 are mounted to a pair of front and rear supporting frames 3 firmly installed between both sides of a pallet of the vehicle A. Floater-upper and lower position adjusting racks 4 are rigidly fixed to the side parts of the supporting frames 3. Two floaters on each side are supported by a pair of three floater-supporting rods 5a - 5c respectively at the front and rear, both ends of each supporting rod are respectively connected to upper and lower mounting brackets 6a, 6b with pins. Each of the upper mounting brackets 6a is mounted to hole 4a of each of the upper and lower position adjusting rack 4 with bolts so that the position of the floater can be adjusted vertically, while the lower mounting bracket 6b is mounted to a longitudinal and lateral positions-adjusting rack 7 between the two floaters 2.

(Prior Art) As shown in Fig. 7, in an amphibious vehicle A which obtains buoyancy by a vehicle body a and wheels and tires b, the surface of the water line C has a complicated uneven shape, and the vehicle body a The length of the IAC fluctuates greatly due to fluctuations in the IAC. Also, due to the structure of the vehicle body a, when people are on board or cargo is loaded on the cargo platform d,
The center of gravity tends to be higher than the center of buoyancy of the vehicle in the water, making it more unstable to drive on water than a normal ship.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) To maintain a vehicle body horizontally on water even when the cargo is unevenly loaded. In other words, we have developed a device that can improve the ability to recover on water even when the center of gravity rises due to cargo, and also allows the g* of the waterline to be suitable for landing on sandy or muddy ground from the water. The purpose is to provide.
