Claims (1)
ブラシを感光体表面に対して当接離間自在に設け
た画像形成装置のクリーニング装置にあつて、前
記回転ブラシを駆動回転させるための駆動回転手
段を当該回転ブラシに連動連結すると共に、前記
回転ブラシを感光体表面から付勢離間させるため
の離間付勢手段を設け、かつ前記駆動回転手段に
は、前記回転ブラシを駆動回転させる駆動力を基
にして前記回転ブラシを感光体表面に当接させる
ブラシ当接機構を設けてあることを特徴とする画
像形成装置のクリーニング装置。 (2) 前記駆動回転手段が、前記回転ブラシに連
設された従動側回転体と、伝動ベルトを介して前
記従動側回転体に回転動力を伝達する駆動側回転
体から成り、かつ、前記回転体の少なくとも一方
をテーパー形状に形成して、当該テーパー回転体
の回転に伴つて伝動ベルトが大径側に移動した際
の当該伝動ベルトの巻き掛け周長差を基にして、
前記回転ブラシを前記離間付勢手段に抗して感光
体表面に当接させるブラシ当接機構を構成する一
方、前記伝動ベルトをテーパー回転体の小径側に
付勢移動させる付勢移動手段を設けてあることを
特徴とする請求項(1)に記載された画像形成装置

離間付勢手段に抗するアームの揺動によつて前記
回転ブラシを感光体表面に当接させるブラシ当接
機構を構成してあることを特徴とする請求項(1)
