本考案はプリント基板用コンタクト、特にその

(従来の技術とその課題)
現在市販されているプリント基板用コンタクト
は第5図に示すように電気接続部1とこれと一体
構造の半田タイン部2から成り、前記半田タイン
部2が2枚構造のものは一方の短脚部3をそのま
まにし他方の長脚部4の先端を折り曲げている
が、両脚部の先端間がはなれて接触しない構造の
ものがある。また単に両脚部を合わせただけの構
造のものもある。(第6図)これら従来のものは
コネクタ単体又は結線後の取扱いにより半田タイ
ン部の脚部先端を変形させ、そのためプリント基
板に取付けできない場合もある。また圧着端子の
場合先端部すなわち脚部先端を連結して一体化し
たものがあるが、ブランク上で両脚部間にワイヤ
スロツト(第4図に番号5で示す)が存在するた
め圧接が難しい欠点がある。また、プリント基板
には板厚に各種の種類があり、板厚の異なるプリ
ント基板に対しても接続、固定の容易で確実なコ

に向つて180度近く、折り曲げられ、その折り曲
つた部分が短脚部4の外側に重なり、該短脚部を
だきしめたような構造となつている。この点は第
5図に示す従来のものと異なつている。また、半
田タイン部2の2つの脚部3,4が互いに異なる

性脚部の先端が他方の弾性脚部の先端と係合して
折り曲げられた方の弾性脚部の変形を阻止すると
