正面図、第３図はエンジンのシリンダヘツドまわ
りを示す概略図、第４図は本出願人が先に開発し
たブローバイガス還流装置の要部側断面図、第５
図および第６図は変形実施例を示す要部概略図で
ある。 図中、１はシリンダヘツドカバー、２は弁ケー
ス、３はガス吸入孔、４は吸気系、５はガス吐出
孔、６はオイル流入孔、７はフロート弁である。

Claims (1)
- シリンダヘツドカバー内に弁ケースを設け、該
弁ケース上部に吸気系に連通するガス吐出孔を設
けると共に、該ガス吐出孔に近接させてガス吸入
孔を設け、且つ弁ケース底部にオイル流入孔を形
成し、該オイル流入孔から流入するオイル油位の
上昇に追従して浮上して上記ガス吐出孔を閉じる
球状のフロート弁を、上記ガス吸入孔とガス吐出
孔とを結ぶブローバイガス通路下の負圧域外に位
置させて、弁ケース内に収納したことを特徴とす
るブローバイガス還流装置。
