- 上部の培養室Ａと下部の排液室Ｂとに仕切られ
た密閉容器１を設け、その密閉容器１の仕切りＣ
に培養室Ａから排液室Ｂへの液流下孔６を形成し
、その液流下孔６を開閉自在な弁５を設け、前記
密閉容器１のうち排液室Ｂを形成する部分に、前
記弁５を密閉容器１外から操作させる可撓部９を
形成してある培養箱。
