Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a door with assembling structure permitting the replacement of a double- layer glass plate and contrive the facilitation of repairing, the improvement of assembling workability and the saving of the number of parts to realize the reduction of the cost of a refrigerator by a method wherein a door panel is attached to the door of the refrigerator, which is constituted of a foaming structure having a glass window unit, at a last process. CONSTITUTION:A resin sash 13 is fitted into the inner peripheral rim of the rear side opening 11 of a door frame 10 made of a metal. The sash 13 is attached to a mounting groove 23, to which a gasket 16 accommodating a magnet 22 is attached, by fitting a mounting projection 24 at the side of the gasket 16 into the mounting groove 23. On the other hand, a double- layered glass plate 3, to the peripheral end face of which a packing 14 made of rubber is fitted, is fitted to the front side opening of a door frame 10. Expandable heat insulating material 30 is filled into a gap between the door frame 10, to which a sash 13 is attached employing a foaming jig consisting of a top force and a bottom force, and the double-layered glass plate 3, fitted into and arranged in the door frame 10, and is foamed. According to this method, the sash 13 and the double layered glass plate 3 are connected integrally with the door frame 10 whereby a door main body 1A is formed substantially. Finally, a door panel 15 is attached to the door main body 1A so as to cover the exposed surfaces of the heat insulating material 30.

In addition, a satsush is attached to the inner periphery of the door frame, and a packing is attached to the outer periphery of the double-glazed glass plate that is fitted into the opening of the door frame, and a packing is attached to the inner periphery of the sash and the outer periphery of the packing. Elastic fins that face each other and extend diagonally upward are integrally formed, and a double-glazed glass plate is placed inside the door frame, set in the lower mold of a foaming jig, and combined with this lower mold. When the upper mold is used to foam and fill the gap between the door frame and the double-glazed glass plate with a heat insulating material, the tips of the fins are brought into close contact with the surface of the upper mold jig.

(E) Place a double-glazed glass plate in the opening of the working door frame, fit a satshu around the inner periphery of the door frame opening, fit packing around the outer periphery of the double-glazed glass plate, and use a foaming jig. After filling the gap between the door frame and the double-glazed glass panel with a heat insulating material using a heat insulating material, the exposed surface of the heat insulating material is covered with a door panel. The outer edge of the door panel is fitted into the groove provided in the sash, and the inner edge thereof is fitted into the groove provided in the packing to complete the assembly of the door. If the glass plate is damaged, removing the door panel will allow the glass plate to be taken out and replaced.

The handle 4 has a recess formed on one side of the nose surface so that the handle 4 does not protrude too much from the door surface so as not to receive external shocks, and so that fingers can smoothly enter and maintain ease of grip. It is an embedded type handle provided in part 5. In this case, since the thickness of the heat insulation at a certain part of the handle 4 is usually structurally thinner than at other parts, there is a problem in that dew condensation occurs on the handle part. In addition, in the conventional structure, if the insulation thickness of the handle part was used as the standard for ensuring dew condensation performance, other parts would become unnecessarily thick, resulting in a waste of urethane, etc., but in the present invention,
Improvements have also been made in this respect. The details will be described later.

In this way, when the door panel 15 is finally inserted between the grooves 25 and 27 of the sash 13 and the packing 14, the assembly of the door 1 is completed. With this structure, the door panel 15 can be easily removed, so when the door panel 15 is removed, the double-glazed glass plate 3 can also be pulled out upward. Therefore, when the double-glazed glass plate 3 is damaged, the double-glazed glass plate 3 can be reused by replacing only the double-glazed glass plate 3 without replacing the entire door 1, and a reduction in repair costs can be expected.

Here, as described above, the method for foam filling the heat insulating material to form the heat insulating protrusion 30A protruding on the back side of the handle part is described in the 15th method.
This will be explained according to FIGS. 18 to 18. Foam structure door body IA
is foamed through an upper mold 40 and a lower mold 41 which are foaming jigs. In this case, the upper mold 40 facing the handle 4 is provided with four parts 42 as shown in FIG. 17 and the like. by this,
In the door body IA, a heat insulating protrusion 30A that faces the handle and protrudes to the back side is formed at the part where the handle is located, so that the heat insulating thickness of the handle 4 can be increased. The protruding state of the heat insulating protrusion 30A can be better understood from FIG.

Furthermore, when foaming, conventionally, a foaming jig of 40°41
In areas where urethane is directly formed (for example, the packing 14 and the sash 13), urethane leakage occurs at least a little from the gap between the jig and the member, and a great deal of effort is required to deal with it. Therefore, in the present invention, a foamed structure is adopted in order to prevent such urethane leakage. This will be explained with reference to FIGS. 17 and 18. That is, as shown in FIG. 17, the sash 13 and the packing 14 are provided with soft fins 45, 413 facing upward. In this state, lower the jig upper mold 40 as shown in the arrow and
611 <Jig upper mold 40. When the lower mold 41 is combined, the fins/15. Since the tip of the /16 comes into close contact with the jig upper mold 4o due to its own restoring elasticity, urethane leakage from this area can be prevented during foam filling.

In this way, by providing the soft fins 45, 46 on the constituent members on both sides of the portion directly formed of urethane, that is, the sash 13 and the packing 14, the jigs 40, 41
By constructing the structure in which the fins 45 and 46 are in close contact with the jig surface in the set state, urethane leakage can be easily prevented without the need for a seal member or the like.

However, if these fins 45 and 46 were not present, a gap would be created between parts a and b due to variations in processing and assembly of the foam member, causing urethane leakage, and the urethane would be Jj%
It is conceivable that it may become clogged in the groove 25 of the sash 13 where the wheel is attached and the groove 27 of the packing 14, and a great deal of effort is required to remove it.

(G) Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the door panel is attached to the foamed refrigerator door having a glass window portion afterward, and the door panel is made removable. The glass plate can be easily replaced, and when the glass plate breaks, unlike conventional methods,
This eliminates the need to replace the entire door with a new one, making it more economical.

Furthermore, even if the handle part of the door is recessed, by protruding a heat insulating material protrusion from the back side of the part facing the handle part, the thickness of the heat insulating material can be prevented from becoming thinner at the handle part, and can be made to have the same thickness as other parts. This has many effects, such as improving the dew condensation on the handle.
