Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the bent amount of electric wires so as to prevent the discontinuity of the wires by providing the supporting position of a rotating shaft when the connecting section of the main body block of a connector for access floor is concealed in a main body and comes out to the surface of an access floor between the upper and lower surfaces of a base block. CONSTITUTION:A main body block MB 9 is put in a recessed section which has nearly the same longitudinal, transversal, and vertical dimensions as those of one unit which constitutes an access floor with a plurality of pieces and is formed at the center of a base block. The MB 9 is formed of an exposed section 91 which is provided with a connector 90 on the bottom and formed on the surface of a floor, frame section 12 fitted with connectors 90, connecting section 98 composed of a push-up section 13, etc., and plate section 92 housed in the BB. A connecting state is set by pushing up the section 13 in the direction shown by the arrow C around a shaft 15 by means of a spring 16 and arm 14 so as to bring the connector 90 to the surface of a floor. The shaft 15 which becomes the center of the rotation when the section 13 is pushed up is provided between the upper and lower surfaces of the BB. Therefore, the bent amount of electric wires 17 can be reduced and the discontinuity of the wires 17 caused by repeated opening and closing can be prevented.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, a conventional access floor connector 3 has a plate portion 4 and a plate portion 4 which is connected to the plate portion 4 so that a connecting surface 5 is exposed from the surface of an access floor 80 when necessary. The connecting portion 7 is rotatably mounted on a shaft 6 supported by the plate portion 4, and a relay connector fixed to the plate portion 4. When constructing this access floor connector 3, insert the main body 3' of the connector 3 into the round hole 2 at the center of the base plate 1, and rotate the mounting screws 41, 41 to tighten the nut 51. , 51, and then tighten the mounting arm 6.

The upper surface 1 of the base plate 1 is connected to the lower surface 4' of the base plate 1 and the mounting arms 61, 61.
It has a structure in which it is installed by sandwiching it. Reference numeral 71 denotes an electric wire that electrically connects the connector of the connection part and the relay connector.

In this conventional example, since the plane of the plate portion 4 is circular, the opening 42 through which the connecting surface 5 emerges and retracts also has an area smaller than this circle. Therefore, the rotation angle of the connecting portion 7 is increased so that the connecting surface 5 is exposed to the surface of the access floor 80. When a plurality of connection points are provided on the connection surface 5, the connection points are arranged above and below, and the rotation angle is further increased so that the plurality of connection points are completely exposed to the surface of the access floor 80. ing. In this way, since the connection part of this access floor connector has a large rotation angle, this connection part and the relay connector 9
If the electric wire 71 that connects the electric wire 7 with the electric wire 7 has a large bend and is used frequently, there is a risk that the electric wire 71 may be cut.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a base block having approximately the same length, width, and height dimensions as one unit of the block of the access floor, and a recessed portion of the base block exposed on the surface of the access floor. It consists of a main body block that fits into the recess of the base block to approximately the same height as the base block, except for the exposed part, and the main body block has a plate part and a surface of the main block. a connecting portion that allows the connecting surface to be retracted and retracted, and the exposed surface of the connecting portion is the exposed surface of the access floor surface of the main body block when the connecting surface is sunk into the main body block. The lower surface of this connecting portion is approximately flush with the lower surface of the base block, and the shaft support position of this connecting portion is located between the upper and lower surfaces of the base block. It is something.

Further, the base block 8 is placed in the position where one unit of the access floor block 80 has been removed, and the plate portion 92 of the main body block 9 is inserted through the hole 803. The guide protrusions 94, 94 provided on the back surface 93 of the base block 8 are fitted into the guide grooves 84, 84 provided on the stepped portion 83 of the base block 8, and pushed in the P direction (as shown in FIG. 8). In this way, when the push button 991 of the lock part is pressed down, the lock lever 992 retreats and comes out of the recess 996 of the connecting part 98, so that the connecting part 98 is rotated upward by the elastic spring 16 about the shaft 15. Then, the connecting surface 123 is exposed above the surface of the access floor, and the locking surface 134 of the push-up part 13 comes into contact with the back surface 135 of the surface 91' of the main block and stops. The shaft support position of the connection part is such that the arm 14 is extended backward from the push-up part 13 of the connection part, and the shaft 15 is connected to the plate part 9.
Since the vertical width dimension of the exposed surface 123 (same as the vertical dimension of the base block) is shorter than the dimension from this connecting surface 123 to the shaft support position, the shaft 1
The rotation angle of the connection part about 5 is small.

The main body block 9 includes a plate portion 92,
A connecting portion 9 that can protrude and retract from the surface of this main body block 9
8, and this connecting portion 98 has an exposed surface of the connecting portion that is substantially flush with the exposed surface of the main body block to the access floor surface when the connecting surface 123 is sunk into the main body block 9, The lower surface of this connecting portion is approximately flush with the bottom surface of the base block, and the pivot position of this connecting portion is located between the upper and lower surfaces of the base block, so that the vertical direction of the connecting portion is Since the dimension (same as the vertical dimension of the base block) is smaller than the dimension from the connecting surface 123 to the shaft 15, the rotation angle of the connecting portion 98 is small and the degree to which the electric wire 17 is bent is small.

Further, the connecting portion is located between the upper and lower parts of the base block, and a relay connector 97 connected to the connector of this connecting part by the electric wire 17 is also located between the upper and lower parts of the base block. Therefore, when the connecting surface 123 of the connecting portion is sunk into the main body block 9, the electric wire 17 is stretched almost horizontally,
Even if the connection surface of the connection part is exposed to the surface of the access floor, the rotation angle of the connection part is small, so the degree of bending of the electric wire connecting the connection part and the relay connector is less than that of the conventional example. Therefore, the structure is such that there is very little risk of the electric wire 17 being cut due to the repeated coming and going of the connecting portion.

Furthermore, the plate portion 9 of the main body block 9
2 is extended to a position that coincides with the edge of the base block, and is covered with the main block so that there is no opening at all on the top surface of the base block, so even if a load is applied from the top surface of the access floor, it will not dent. Nothing happens.
