かな曲面となるように成形した杆体で構成し、そ
の非円形断面の中心位置の軸芯周りで回転駆動す
るよう構成するとともに、前記軸芯周りの一定方
向回転によつて、藺草を上方に係合移送する方向
に前記分草回転体２３を螺旋状にひねり変形して
