転輪１５を、前記縦搬送装置１１の基準位置に対
し近接離反方向に移動可能に支持すると共に、前
記遊転輪１５を、前記縦搬送装置１１の長稈に対
応した揺動調整時、基準位置に対し離反させ、短
稈に対応した揺動調整時、基準位置に対し近接さ
せる駆動手段１６を設けたことを特徴とするコン
