TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a weather-resistant thermoplastic resin composition that has excellent impact resistance, processability, and heat resistance, and has excellent coloring properties that allow it to be colored in vivid colors. Conventionally, diene rubber-modified styrene resins, such as ABS resin, have been widely known as resins with excellent impact resistance, processability, and heat resistance, but resins based on diene rubbers generally have poor weather resistance. It has the following drawbacks. Therefore, ethylene-
A weather-resistant resin called "AES resin", which is made by polymerizing propylene rubber with aromatic vinyl, vinyl cyanide, etc., has been developed, but it has poor impact resistance and heat resistance at low temperatures compared to ABS resin, and has a deep jet black color. It has a serious drawback that it is difficult to color it in vivid colors such as red, yellow, and blue. As a result of extensive research into weather-resistant resin compositions that have excellent impact resistance (low temperature), processability, heat resistance, and excellent color development, the present inventors found that AES resin () based on ethylene-propylene rubber, acrylic Methyl methacrylate graft polymers () and ABS resins based on acrylate copolymers,
The inventors have discovered that a composition made of polycarbonate or polyvinyl chloride has excellent properties, and have arrived at the present invention. That is, a graft polymer (a) 100 obtained by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinyl cyanide compound, and other polymerizable monomer compounds as necessary in the presence of an ethylene-propylene rubbery copolymer. Copolymer (b) obtained by polymerizing ~5% by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound, vinyl cyanide compound, and other polymerizable monomer compounds as necessary (AES resin) consisting of 0% to 95% by weight , Alkyl acrylate having 1 to 10 carbon atoms 100 to 60
Graft polymer () and ABS resin obtained by polymerizing a compound consisting of 100-60% by weight of methyl methacrylate and 0-40% by weight of a vinyl compound in the presence of a copolymer consisting of 0-40% by weight of a vinyl compound , a resin () selected from the group consisting of polycarbonate and vinyl chloride resin, and the ratio of AES resin ()/graft polymer () is 5-95/95-5, and the resin () is
In the case of ABS resin, the total amount of () and ()/ABS resin is 99-50/1-50, and if the resin () is polycarbonate or vinyl chloride resin, ()
Total amount of ()/Polycarbonate or vinyl chloride resin is 80-20/20-80 Excellent impact resistance, processability and heat resistance, and can be colored in vivid colors Weather resistance with excellent color development A thermoplastic resin composition is provided. The present invention will be explained in detail below. The ethylene-propylene rubbery copolymer constituting the AES resin () in the present invention refers to a binary copolymer (EPR) consisting of ethylene and propylene, and a ternary copolymer consisting of ethylene, propylene, and a non-conjugated diene. (EPDM), etc., and one or more types are used. Examples of the non-conjugated diene in the terpolymer (EPDM) include dicyclopentadiene, ethylidene norbornene, 1.4-hexadiene, 1.4-cycloheptadiene, and 1.5-cyclooctadiene. The molar ratio of ethylene to propylene in the binary copolymer (EPR) and terpolymer (EPDM) is preferably in the range of 5:1 to 1:3. Further, in the terpolymer (EPDM), it is preferable that the proportion of non-conjugated diene is in the range of 2 to 50 in terms of iodine value. The aromatic vinyl compounds constituting the graft polymer (a) and copolymer (b) include styrene, α-methylstyrene, α-chlorostyrene,
Examples include vinyltoluene, and one or more types can be used. Styrene is particularly preferred. Examples of vinyl cyanide compounds include acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, etc.
One kind or two or more kinds can be used. Acrylonitrile is particularly preferred. Further, other polymerizable monomer compounds include (meth)acrylic acid ester compounds such as methyl, ethyl, butyl, benzyl, and hexyl, and one or more types can be used. Particularly preferred is methyl methacrylate. In the graft polymer (a), the above-mentioned aromatic vinyl compound and vinyl cyanide compound and other polymerizable monomer compounds are used as necessary. Moreover, the weight ratio of these compounds and rubber in the graft polymer (a) can be selected within an appropriate range depending on the purpose. Usually, the rubber content is 5 to 70% by weight relative to 95 to 30% by weight of the compound. In the copolymer (b), an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinyl cyanide compound, and other polymerizable monomer compounds are used as necessary. There is no particular restriction on the weight ratio of these compounds, but preferably 55 to 85% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound, 15 to 45% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound, and 0 to 4% of other polymerizable monomer compounds as necessary. It is 30% by weight. The intrinsic viscosity (30°C, dimethylformamide) of the copolymer (b) is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.40 to 1.10. Outside this range, impact resistance tends to decrease. Furthermore, there is a tendency for deterioration in processability and delamination. All known methods can be used to produce the graft polymer (a) and copolymer (b). Examples include suspension polymerization, bulk polymerization, emulsion polymerization, and solution polymerization. Graft polymer (a) in AES resin ()
The composition ratio of the graft polymer (a) and the copolymer (b) is 100 to 5% by weight of the graft polymer (a) and 0 to 95% by weight of the copolymer (b). If the amount of the graft polymer (a) is less than 5% by weight, that is, if the amount of the copolymer (b) is more than 95% by weight, the impact resistance will be poor, which is not preferable. From the viewpoint of color development, processability, etc. of the final composition, 80 to 10% by weight of graft polymer (a) and 20% by weight of copolymer (b)
Particularly preferred is ~90% by weight. In addition, when the above-mentioned graft polymer (a) is polymerized, a free copolymer is produced as a by-product, but this free copolymer is included in the graft polymer (a) as a by-product. This is distinguished from the copolymer (b) which is intentionally produced taking into consideration the properties of the composition. The copolymer constituting the graft polymer () is alkyl acrylate having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.
It is a copolymer consisting of 60% by weight and 0 to 40% by weight of a vinyl compound. The amount of alkyl acrylate in the copolymer is 60
If the amount is less than % by weight, the final composition will have poor color development and impact resistance, which is not preferable. In addition, as the alkyl acrylate having 1 to 10 carbon atoms constituting the copolymer,
Examples include methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, etc. Biruni compounds include aromatic vinyl compounds such as styrene and vinyltoluene, vinyl cyanide compounds such as acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile, and methyl methacrylate. Examples include methacrylic acid esters.
Furthermore, in the copolymer, a crosslinking agent can be used in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of acrylic acrylate and vinyl compound. Preferred crosslinking agents include divinylbenzene and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate. A compound consisting of 100-60% by weight of methyl methacrylate and 0-40% by weight of a vinyl compound is graft-polymerized in the presence of the above-mentioned copolymer. Vinyl compounds used together with methyl methacrylate in graft polymerization include aromatic vinyl compounds such as styrene and vinyltriene, vinyl cyanide compounds such as acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile, and acrylic acid esters such as methyl acrylate and ethyl acrylate. . If the amount of methyl methacrylate in the graft polymerization compound is less than 60% by weight, a composition with excellent color development, which is the object of the present invention, cannot be obtained. Although there is no particular restriction on the composition ratio of the copolymer and the compound in the graft polymer (), it is particularly preferable that the proportion of the compound is 5 to 900 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the copolymer. ABS resin is polybutadiene, styrene.
Resin obtained by graft polymerizing aromatic vinyl and vinyl cyanide in the presence of diene rubber such as butadiene copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, etc. This is a resin substituted with an acid ester and generally referred to as MBS resin. Examples of the aromatic vinyl compound that polymerizes in the presence of diene rubber include styrene, α-methylstyrene, α-chlorostyrene, and vinyltoluene, with styrene being particularly preferred. Examples of vinyl cyanide compounds include acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile, with acrylonitrile being particularly preferred. Further, examples of the (meth)acrylic ester include acrylic ester compounds and methacrylic ester compounds such as methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, benzyl, and hexyl, and methyl methacrylate is particularly preferred. Examples of polycarbonate resins include aromatic polycarbonate, aliphatic polycarbonate, and aliphatic polycarbonate.
Aromatic polycarbonates and the like can be mentioned. Generally, 2,2-bis(4-oxyphenyl)
It is a polymer or copolymer consisting of bisphenols such as alkanes, bis(4-oxyphenyl) ethers, bis(4-oxyphenyl)sulfones, sulfides, or sulfoxides, and is substituted with halogen depending on the purpose. It is a polymer using bisphenols. As the vinyl chloride resin, polyvinyl chloride and copolymers mainly composed of vinyl chloride, such as vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride terpolymer, acrylic ester-chloride Vinyl copolymer, ethylene-
Examples include vinyl chloride copolymer, propylene-vinyl chloride copolymer, and the like. The composition ratio of AES resin (), graft polymer () and resin () in the final composition is as follows:
AES resin ()/graft polymer () is 10~
It is 90/90-10 (weight%). Also, the total amount of AES resin () and graft polymer ()/resin ()

ABS resin is 99-50/1-50, and when the resin () is polycarbonate or vinyl chloride resin, the total amount of () and ()/polycarbonate or vinyl chloride resin is 80-20/20-80. . Examples of the mixing method for the AES resin (), the graft polymer () and the resin () include known mixing methods using a Banbury mixer, an extruder, etc. Furthermore, there is no restriction on the order in which they are mixed. In the present invention, known dyes and pigments can be used, and the composition of the present invention has excellent coloring properties with any of the dyes and pigments. In addition to mixed pigments, known stabilizers,
It is also possible to add plasticizers, antistatic agents, ultraviolet absorbers, lubricants, fillers, etc. The present invention will be explained in detail below using examples. Example - AES resin () - <Production of graft polymer (a)> Iodine value 8.0, Mooney viscosity 55 - Propylene content 40% by weight, 150 parts by weight of EPDM containing ethylidene norbornene as the diene component was added to n-hexane.
