[Prior art] For example, oil (liquid) is applied to an O-ring (product).
Conventionally, when applying oil, a large number of O-rings were placed in a mesh container, and this container was placed into an oil tank to coat the O-rings with oil, and then the container was removed from the oil tank. By leaving the container for a certain period of time, excess oil adhering to the O-ring was removed, and a predetermined amount of oil was applied to the O-ring.

As explained above, the present invention provides a rotary table that supports and rotates a mesh-shaped product container in a liquid application chamber, a shower nozzle that sprays liquid onto the product container, and a shower nozzle that sprays liquid onto the product container. By installing multiple air blow nozzles that blow compressed air into the container from different directions, the posture of the product inside the rotating product container is randomly changed, the liquid is evenly applied to the product, and any excess liquid adhering to the product is removed. Since the liquid can be removed by blowing it out with compressed air, it is possible to uniformly apply a predetermined amount of liquid to the product.
