An inverted dish-shaped disc is placed in the center of the upper part of the bottomed cylindrical pot, air holes are concentrated in the pot wall on the side of the disc, and multiple pots are arranged in a ring around the periphery of the disc. The pot-type burner with small holes was developed in 1977.

This is done using air supplied from air holes that are concentrated in the upper part of the gap. The small holes provided in the inverted dish-shaped disk act as a pressure relief when the pressure in the mixing zone increases abnormally, and the mixed gas that escapes from the small holes is located close to the combustion zone so that it can be easily completely combusted. It is arranged around an inverted dish-shaped disc.

By the way, the conventional small holes in an inverted dish-shaped disc are made in a ring shape in multiple numbers at the same intervals, and by appropriately selecting the diameter and pitch of the small holes, the optimum one for the burner can be set. However, these small holes affect both ignition and normal combustion.

However, the fact that the pressure easily escapes from the small holes in the inverted dish-shaped disc means that a large amount of mixed gas escapes even during normal combustion, and when a large amount of this mixed gas escapes, a large amount of gas escapes from the air holes below the inverted dish-shaped disc. Since air enters the combustion chamber, the amount of air supplied from the air holes from the side to the top of the inverted dish-shaped disk, which is necessary for complete combustion, decreases, making incomplete combustion more likely to occur.

The process from ignition to continuation of combustion in a pot burner is the same as in a conventional burner; when air and fuel are supplied into the pot 2 and ignited, combustion begins at the bottom of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3 and vaporizes the kerosene. As the amount of vaporized gas increases, the flame rises from the side to the top of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3, and the air that is sent in a concentrated manner from the air hole 4 on the side wall of the pot 2 causes the flame to rise up from the side of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3. Normal combustion is carried out by holding the combustion flame upward from the side of the cylinder.

It burns by flowing upward from the gap between the inverted dish-shaped disc 3 and the wall of the pot 2, and when the fuel is suddenly vaporized during ignition, the fuel flows into the pot 2 at the bottom of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3. may be at high pressure. This pressure escapes upward through the gap between the inverted dish-shaped disc 3 and the wall of the pot 2, but a small hole is made to compensate for this omission.
It has the effect of lowering the pressure inside pot 2 as a whole.

つた。 This invention has a plurality of gas circulation parts 5 formed by a collection of small holes scattered around the periphery of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3, so that even if the internal pressure of the pot 2 increases at the time of ignition, at least the gas flow will continue. Air is reliably supplied into the pot 2 from the air hole 4 near the part 5, and the mixed gas escapes upward from the gas distribution part 5, so the flame can be extinguished from multiple locations without being suffocated like in conventional products. It began to come out above the periphery of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3. Even if the flame escapes upward from the inverted dish-shaped disc 3 at multiple locations, the flame is supplied with air from the air holes 4 that are concentrated on the sides of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3, and spreads throughout the pot. The flame spread and it became possible to transition to normal combustion.

In addition, combustion can continue even with a small number of gas distribution parts 5, but if it takes time for the flame to spread to the entire side of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3, a large amount of incompletely combusted gas will be generated. By increasing the number of gas flow portions 5 within a range that does not affect the ignition, incompletely combusted gas generated during ignition can be reduced.

できた。 On the other hand, during normal combustion, the mixed gas at the bottom of the inverted dish-shaped disk 3 escapes from the gas distribution portions 5 at multiple locations formed by small holes, but in this design, the gas distribution portions 5 are formed by a collection of multiple small holes. This allows high-temperature combustion gas to easily flow into the mixed gas flow rising from the small hole, and prevents the problem of the mixed gas being exhausted as incomplete combustion gas due to lack of air. .

As described above, in this invention, the small holes in the inverted dish-shaped disk 3 are not made at evenly spaced intervals as in the conventional product, but the gas circulation part 5 is formed by a collection of multiple small holes. As a result, the pressure inside the pot 2 changes locally near the gas flow section 5, and when the pressure rises, even a small amount of air flows into the pot 2. For this reason, troubles such as suffocation of the flame ignited in the pot 2 and pulsating combustion caused by repeated extinguishing and ignition can be prevented.

安定する様になつた。 In addition, while the conventional method of making small holes in an inverted dish-shaped disc weakens the overall pressure inside the pot 2 to prevent the flame from extinguishing, this idea has a small hole in the pot 2. This is based on a new concept that if a flame remains as a source of fire in a part even if the flame is extinguished, this flame can continue combustion on the sides of the inverted dish-shaped disc 3. The overall opening area of the small holes formed in the combustion chamber may be at least as small as possible, and the amount of mixed gas that escapes from the gas flow section 5 during normal combustion is reduced, resulting in stable combustion.
