(Prior art) Conventionally, excrement excreted into a toilet bowl is made to flow into a separation tank using a cleaning medium, and in the separation tank, the excrement and the cleaning medium are separated by a difference in specific gravity, and the settled excrement is pumped to an excrement storage tank. However, excrement treatment devices that recycle the cleaning medium and do not use water are especially preferred in dry regions and cold regions where water use is restricted.

However, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-49382, this device connects and communicates the bottom of a closed tank whose upper surface and surrounding wall are airtightly closed with an excrement storage tank via an excrement outlet pipe. A toilet bowl is arranged above the sealed tank, and the excrement discharge pipe of the toilet bowl is passed through the upper surface of the sealed tank and opened into the separated washing liquid that floats and accumulates above the excrement in the sealed tank. A fixed amount of liquid can be supplied into the toilet bowl by a pump, and compressed air is supplied into the closed tank to pressurize the separated washing liquid surface, thereby removing the excrement in the closed tank through the excrement outlet pipe. Generally, the system is configured so that the excrement is forcibly discharged into the excrement storage tank through the cleaning medium, but when the excrement separated from the cleaning medium reaches a predetermined level, Level sensing equipment for pressure feeding, pressure feeding equipment, and a sealing function for the separation tank are required, which not only makes the equipment extremely expensive, but also requires a float valve as a check valve in the discharge pipe from the toilet bowl. However, if a float type check valve is used in this location, it must be disassembled and cleaned each time solid objects such as toilet paper or excrement adhere to the float valve and prevent the sealing function of the drain pipe from being lost. This was extremely problematic from the standpoint of equipment maintenance.

In addition, this device floats and stores a large amount of cleaning medium on top of the excrement in the separation tank, and unless the cleaning medium is sucked up from the top and used for circulation, the cleaning medium will be contaminated with excrement introduced from the toilet bowl, and the cleaning medium will be contaminated. When used in circulation, problems such as bad odors and an increase in the load on the purification unit occur, and a large amount of expensive cleaning media must be used, making it uneconomical.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In view of the above circumstances, the inventors of the present invention have developed a cleaning medium that is inexpensive and easy to maintain as a device that does not require additional equipment such as a sealing function, level sensing equipment, or pressure feeding equipment. As a result of intensive research to find a circulating excrement treatment device, we finally completed the present invention.

(Means for Solving the Problem) That is, the present invention allows the excrement excreted into the toilet bowl to flow into a separation tank using a cleaning medium, and in the separation tank, the excrement and the cleaning medium are separated by the difference in specific gravity, and the settled excrement is separated. In a so-called water-saving type excrement treatment device in which the cleaning medium is circulated by advection to the excrement storage tank, a separation tank 4, an excrement storage tank 5, and a cleaning medium storage tank 6 are provided,
The separation tank 4 has a partition wall 7 disposed therein so as to constitute at least two small chambers 4', 4''.
In addition, partition plates 10 and 11 having spaces below are provided near the partition wall 8 that separates the separation tank and the excrement storage tank, and aeration pipes 12 and 13 are arranged between the partition plates 10 and 11 and the partition walls 7 and 8. By this, the separated and settled excrement out of the cleaning medium and excrement introduced into the separation tank 4' flows over the partition walls 7 and 8 and becomes an advection storage tank in the excrement storage tank 5. The upper part of the partition plate 10 is arranged so that the cleaning medium 16 introduced from the toilet bowl 1 through the introduction pipe 2 into the separation tank and separated and floated thereon does not come into contact with the excrement in other separation tank compartments 4'' and the excrement storage tank 5. An object of the present invention is to provide an excrement treatment device in which a gutter 14 is arranged so that the cleaning medium can be advected into the cleaning medium storage tank 6, and the cleaning medium stored in the storage tank 9 is circulated and used.

The excrement treatment tank 3 is composed of three chambers: a separation tank 4, an excrement storage tank 5, and a cleaning medium storage tank 6. The separation tank 4 is further separated by a partition wall 7 to form two small chambers 4' and 4''. Furthermore, a partition plate 10 is provided near the partition wall 7, and a partition plate 11 is provided near the partition wall 8 that separates the separation tank from the excrement treatment tank. Gutter 1 connected to storage tank
4 is provided, and the cleaning medium that flows into the separation tank 4' from the introduction pipe 2 immediately separates from the excrement and floats to the surface, and flows into the gutter 14 without coming into contact with the excrement in the separation tank 4'' and the excrement storage tank 5. The cleaning medium is then introduced into the cleaning medium storage tank 6. Therefore, compared to the conventional method, the contact time and contact area of the cleaning medium with excrement are reduced.
It has the effect of significantly reducing dirt and odor of the cleaning medium.

On the other hand, it flows into the separation tank 4' and is separated from the cleaning medium.
The settled excrement 15 is disintegrated by the action of oxygen-containing gas, especially air, etc., blown from aeration pipes 12 and 13 arranged between the partition wall 7 and the partition plate 10, and between the partition wall 8 and the lower part of the partition wall 11. Since the organic components in the excrement are oxidized and decomposed, the odor is reduced, the viscosity of the excrement is reduced, and fluidity is significantly improved. In addition, by narrowing the distance between the partition wall and the partition plate, the air lift effect in which the blown gas rises from the bottom of the tank can be strengthened, so the overflow of excrement from partition walls 7 and 8 is promoted, and separation is facilitated. Natural advection of excrement from tank 4' to 4'' to excrement storage tank can be easily achieved without causing any trouble. It is constructed to be lower than the height of the gutter disposed at the top, and utilizes the difference in specific gravity between the substances stored at both ends to cause overflow from the separation tank 4' to the separation tank 4'' to the excrement storage tank.

In the present invention, the upper ends of the partition plates 10 and 11 are arranged at a higher position than those of the partition walls 7 and 8. The reason for this is that the extremely small amount of cleaning medium mixed in with the excrement cannot be completely separated in the separation tank 4', but flows over the partition wall 7 and is introduced into the separation tank 4'', where it separates and floats to the surface, so this cleaning medium is excreted. The purpose is to collect the material without advection to the storage tank 8, but the amount of floating accumulation is small, and it is collected once every six months.
Alternatively, it can be collected periodically, such as once a year, using a ladle etc. through the manhole at the top of the separation tank 4'' and used again.Of course, if necessary, multiple partition walls can be installed in the separation tank to clean the mixed water Strengthening the recovery of the medium or even providing a function (for example, pumping, air lift, etc.) for returning the cleaning medium floating and accumulating in the separation tank 4'' to the separation tank 4' will impede the implementation of the present invention. It's not a thing.

When using the excrement treatment device of the present invention, water can be poured into the separation tank 4 at 15 and cleaning medium at 6 and 16. In order to minimize the amount of excrement mixed into the advected cleaning medium, the opening of the introduction pipe 2 is formed into a funnel shape, or the layer height of the cleaning medium 16 is made high, and the gutter is provided with a filtration function. The circulating use of the cleaning medium may be carried out by any conventionally known method, for example, by operating a button or lever (not shown), a certain amount of the cleaning medium is discharged into the toilet bowl, and the pump 17 is activated for a certain period of time. A method is adopted in which a certain amount of the cleaning medium in the cleaning medium reservoir 6 is pumped up through the cleaning medium circulation conduit 18 and introduced into the cistern 19 for next use.

Further, if necessary, a purification unit or the like may be installed and used in the circulation line for the purpose of adsorbing and removing dirt contained in the cleaning medium.

On the other hand, in the conventional method, the cleaning medium storage tank and the excrement storage tank required the use of level sensors for the purpose of pumping accumulated excrement, but the present invention, similar to the conventional pumping type, increases the amount of accumulated excrement by approximately increasing the number of users. Since the amount of cleaning media can be estimated and the amount of natural consumption can be estimated, it is not necessary to install a level sensor, and regular maintenance and inspection management is sufficient.

The excrement treatment device of the present invention described in detail above is different from the conventional pressure-feed type cleaning medium circulation type excrement treatment device consisting of a separation tank and an excrement storage tank. We have adopted a cleverly utilized overflow system, and have a structure where the circulating cleaning medium is separated from the excrement immediately after it is introduced into the separation tank, and transferred to the cleaning medium tank. This not only eliminates the need for extremely complicated and expensive equipment such as pressure-feeding equipment and hermetically sealed containers required for pressure-feeding, thereby reducing equipment failure, but also significantly improving the environment during use by reducing contamination of the cleaning medium. Therefore, its industrial value is enormous.
