おけるバケツトの掘削刃取付構造に関する。

合、従来は第5図に示すような取付構造を採用し
ている。即ち、掘削刃3の後部の二又取付部4に
バケツトのカツテイングエツジ2を嵌入し、カツ
テイングエツジ2と二又取付部4との間に隙間を
埋める1枚または複数枚のシム5を挿入し、二又
取付部4、カツテイングエツジ2、シム5をボル
ト6およびナツト7により締結し、かつ二又取付
部4、カツテイングエツジ2をボルト8およびナ
ツト9により締結している。尚、第3図、第4図
において、10はバケツト1のカツテイングエツ
ジ2および掘削刃3の二又取付部4を穿つたボル
ト孔を示す。

がある。特に、第6図に示すように二又取付部4
のシム挿入面の外縁部にバリ11が存在している
場合、シム5の挿入が一層難しくるばかりでな
く、シム5と二又取付部4との間に隙間δが生じ
てしまう。その結果、ボルト6、ナツト7で締め
付けられた場合、二又取付部4が前記隙間δの分
だけ変形しようとし、該隙間が大きいと締め付け
の過程で二又取付部4に過大の応力が発生して破
壊する恐れがある。
