The horizontal members 2 include the outside of the trunk sills, beams, etc., girders and foot reinforcements,
All members other than the pillars that make up the large-scale equiaxed set are included. The cross-sectional dimension is at least narrower than the cross-sectional dimension of the through-post 1. For example, if we take a trunk sill as the horizontal member 2, it is the most commonly adopted dimension. Approximately 12cm wide (4 sun), height approximately 36cm (1 shaku 2 sun)
The entire cross section of the butt end must be able to be completely inserted into the side surface of the through post 1 at the location where the joint portion is planned to be formed.

In addition, the building consisting of the Shiguchi structure of this invention,
In terms of structural strength, it is possible to achieve a structure that does not require any braces at all, but in order to comply with the current building regulations and other circumstances, braces are only added as an auxiliary measure, although they are not shown in the drawings. In some cases, a wooden frame structure having a configuration similar to that of the present invention may be realized.

On the other hand, from the viewpoint of structural strength in the horizontal plane, it is possible to arrange flint beams at each joint part as in the past to realize a structure that can cope with deformation in the horizontal plane. In addition, by directly fitting and integrating floor structure panels (not shown) between the adjacent horizontal members 2, 2, it is also possible to realize a framework structure in which the above-mentioned flint beams are completely omitted. It becomes possible.

In the figure, reference numeral 6 denotes a stopper that is employed as needed, and is employed to enhance the connection strength of the horizontal member 2 to the wooden connecting member 3. In addition to the rectangular cross-sectional shape, the stopper 6 can have a circular cross-section, and when a circular cross-section is adopted, it is advantageous in terms of resistance to shear failure. This has been experimentally proven through strength tests of this Shiguchi structure.

Note that in the above embodiment, the horizontal members 2, 2 are connected around the through-post 1 and are crossed, but the horizontal members 2, 2 are connected around the through-post 1 in a planar, straight shape, or in a T-shape. In addition to being possible based on the same idea even when connecting in a shape, it is also possible to adopt the same method even when the cross section of the through column is not a normal rectangular cross section.

(Operation and Effect) The joint structure in the wooden framework structure of the present invention, which is constructed as described above, has a complete insertion-fitting structure in which the entire cross section of the cross section of the horizontal member 2 is connected to the through post 1, which has a relatively large cross section. In addition, it is firmly connected to each frame member by a wooden connecting material 3 of the same quality, and the connecting material 3 is attached to one side of either the upper end surface or the lower end surface on the wood end side of the horizontal member 2 (mostly , the surface that becomes the wall forming surface and becomes hidden) (even in this case, it looks like wood of the same quality has been embedded, so there is no sense of discomfort at all), so the through column 1
The intersection of the horizontal frame member 2 and the cross member 2 has a very clean structure, and not only is there no problem with the design effect even if the joint part is exposed as it is, but on the contrary, it actively enhances the aesthetic effect as it is. It can even be said that it can be used as a shiguchi part.

An even more important effect is that as the through columns 1, horizontal members 2, and wooden connecting members 3 are all made of wooden materials, the deformation stress due to external force applied to the joint part is approximately uniform, and each structure The members do not deform and move individually, and it is possible to realize a much more reliable joint, especially compared to the conventional fastening fittings. Therefore, with conventional products, there would be looseness at the joints unless additional seaming work was done mid-way, but with the product of this invention, there is almost no such worry.
It is possible to realize a robust shikuchi structure.

In particular, the shapes of the insertion hole 11 formed in the through-post 1 and the wooden connecting material 3 are made simpler than those devised in Utility Model Application No. 60-42062, which was developed by the applicant himself. In addition to simplifying the combination with the wooden wedge material 4 and the wheel guide 5, the effect of facilitating the processing of each member can be said to be extremely remarkable.

Furthermore, if disassembly becomes necessary for some reason, the wooden connecting members 3, horizontal members 2, and through-pillars 1 can be easily disassembled by removing the wedge members 4 and the wheel guide 5. It has the excellent feature that at least the wooden connecting members 3, the horizontal members 2, and the through columns 1 can be removed with almost no damage and can be fully reused.

As mentioned above, the wooden frame structure of the present invention has a wooden frame structure that is more similar to the column base-embedded type wooden frame structure that employs relatively large cross-section members, which the applicant has developed himself. In addition to making the structure more efficient and solidifying its structural strength, it also contributes to improving economic efficiency through improvements in workability, standardization of components and construction methods, and is of great use in the advancement of architectural styles. The effect it can have on revitalizing sluggish wooden buildings can be enormous.
