るものである。

33と必要な取付部32が設けられていて、円筒
面50上にバキユームパツド30を載置しバキユ
ームパツド30上から押圧することにより円筒面
50上にバキユームパツド30を密着せしめ真空
パイプ取付部33からバキユームパツド30の中
空体のエヤーを引き出し円筒面50上に吸着す
る。

定でなく、軟質ゴムよりなる弾性部材のパツキン
グ部材を小判状バキユームパツドの底面全面にわ
たり一様に変形せしめ密着するには大きな押圧力
を円筒体の沿直方向から加える必要があつた。こ
のため円筒面上にバキユームパツドをセツトする
のに時間がかかるという欠点があつた。
