(The problem that the invention aims to solve) However, when the former type of pocket is used for a long period of time, the bag-like pocket swells due to the small items stored in it, and the fabric in this area stretches, causing the bag-like pocket to swell after the small items are taken out. There is also a problem that the former does not return to its original state and the appearance is damaged, and even though the latter is not as bad as the former, the weight of the stored small items causes the bottom to swell and the fabric to stretch, making it difficult to take out the small items. Even later, the drawback of not returning to the old state could not be resolved.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention relates to a pocket for storing small items in an automobile interior material that solves the above-mentioned problems, and is a bag-like pocket with an expandable upper opening on a base material covered with a skin material. In the automobile interior material to which the bag-shaped pocket is attached, an appropriate number of vertical folds are provided in the bag-shaped pocket, and an elastic member is attached to the upper edge to hold the vertical folds in a closed state, and each vertical fold on the inner surface of the bag-shaped pocket is In the excluded part, there is a shape-retaining core plate in which an upper plate part having a larger vertical dimension than the lower plate part is connected to the lower plate part via a horizontal line for bending so as to be bendable, and the lower end thereof is near the lower end of the inner surface of the bag-shaped pocket. It is characterized by being attached so that it can reach the target.

(Function) In such a pocket for storing small items in an automobile interior material, the vertical folds are normally closed due to the elastic force of the elastic member, and the pocket body is in close contact with the skin material. When small items are inserted, the vertical folds closed by the elastic member are expanded, and at the same time, the portion of the bag-like pocket other than the vertical folds is also attached to the inner surface of the bag-like pocket so that its lower end reaches near the lower end of the inner surface of the bag-like pocket. It is bent from the horizontal bending line below the shape-retaining core plate provided, and a box-shaped space is formed between it and the skin material, with the lower plate part as the bottom and the upper plate part as the front part. Therefore, this box-shaped space can be used to store small items in an attractive manner. When small items are taken out of this box-shaped space, the vertical folds are closed by the elastic force of the elastic member, and at the same time, the shape-retaining core plate is also unbended from the horizontal bending line, and the pocket body is inserted into the outer material. It will automatically return to the old state, which is almost close.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a base material such as a board, which is covered with a skin material 2 and constitutes the back.A bag-shaped pocket 3 whose upper opening can be expanded is attached to the surface of the skin material 2. The bag-shaped pocket 3 is made of a sheet material similar to the skin material 2, such as synthetic resin leather material, and has vertical folds 4, 4 having a triangular cross section formed in the middle thereof, and an elastic member 5 such as a rubber string on the upper edge. A shape-retaining core plate 7 such as a hard synthetic resin plate with horizontal bending lines 6 formed on the lower part of the inner surface of the attached pocket body.
is integrally attached so that its lower end reaches near the lower end of the inner surface of the pocket main body, and the bag-shaped pocket 3 is normally in a state where the vertical folds 4, 4 are closed by the elastic force of the elastic member 5. It is held substantially closely to the skin material 2. The horizontal bending line 6 is, as shown in FIG. Normally, an upper plate part having a larger vertical dimension than the lower plate part is arranged in a bendable manner via the lower plate part. They may be connected in a bendable manner using a bonding tape that is applied across one side of the board.

With this structure, the vertical folds 4, 4 are normally closed by the elastic force of the elastic member 5 on the upper edge, and the pocket body is brought into close contact with the skin material 2 covering the base material 1, so that the pocket body is kept in close contact with the skin material 2 covering the base material 1. It has a good appearance, but when in use, if you insert small items through the opening at the top,
At the same time as the elastic member 5 is expanded and the upper end opening is expanded, the lower plate part and the upper plate part are formed on the inner surface of the plane part of the pocket body excluding the vertical folds 4, through the horizontal bending line 6. Since the continuous shape-retaining core plate 7 is attached to the lower end, the meat of the small item is bent from this horizontal bending line 6 as shown by the chain line in FIGS. 2 and 5, and the lower plate part is the bottom. A box-shaped space with a thickness corresponding to the thickness is formed between the pocket main body and the skin material 2, and small items inserted from the upper end opening are held in the box-shaped space by the elastic force of the elastic member 5. Therefore, due to the shape-retaining core plate 7, it has an extremely good appearance and does not bulge out partially toward the front or the bottom. Because there is no material, the fabric will not stretch and deform. When a small item is taken out from this box-shaped space, the vertical folds 4 are closed by the elastic force of the elastic member 5, and at the same time, the bending of the shape-retaining core plate 7 at the bending horizontal line 6 is released, so that the pocket can be easily removed. The main body is flattened and automatically returns to its old state in close contact with the skin material 2, and even after long-term use, the pocket main body is reinforced by the shape-retaining core plate 7 and does not bulge partially. In addition to the fact that it is free from scratches, the aesthetic appearance is not impaired.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above description, the invention prevents the upper end opening from remaining expanded even after long-term use, and part of the pocket body including the bottom part bulging out. It maintains a good-looking appearance without any problems, and has the advantage that it can be provided at a low price due to its simple structure. It also has great practical value as it solves the problems of small item storage pockets in conventional automobile interior materials. It is something.
