Therefore, the inventor worked diligently to solve the above problem.
As a result of repeated research, the present invention has been applied to the lower ridge of a horizontal roof, which is constructed by engaging the inner engaging part and the outer engaging part of the horizontal roof plate. The edges of the roofing plates are cut to form approximately parallel appropriate intervals, and folded edges are formed above the opposing main plate ends, and folded edges are formed below both sides of the joint main plate in the width direction. The vicinity of the above-mentioned gap is covered with a joint plate for the landing ridge, and an appropriate interval is provided between both folded edges, and a bar-shaped sealant is filled in each of the gaps. By engaging the bent portion with the outer engaging portion of the opposing horizontal roofing plate at the ridge point, and inserting the rear end into the inner engaging portion of the opposing horizontal roofing plate at the ridge point. , with an extremely simple configuration,
It solves the above-mentioned problems by being able to perform watertight construction, being easy and inexpensive to construct, and being able to cope well with thermal expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal roofing panels at the point where the roof is lowered.

To explain these in detail, first, the area near the gap is covered with the joint plate B for getting off the ridge, and an appropriate gap is provided between the ends of both folded edges 4a and 8a.
By filling each of these spaces with rod-shaped sealing material 11, even if rainwater enters from the folded edge 8a side when the ridge connection point is viewed as a cross section (see Figure 2), the rod-shaped sealing material 11 Furthermore, the existence of the hollow part prevents capillary action of rainwater, thereby providing a roof repair structure for a side-roofed roof with extremely excellent watertightness (rain closure). Even with such a configuration, even if the folded edge 4a is processed on site, it is a configuration that simply covers the egress ridge joint plate B.
This structure is simple and has the advantage of being easy and quick to construct.

In addition, at the connection part of the ridge extension point, the main plates 4, 4 ends of the adjacent horizontal roof panels A, A at the interval locations are covered with the ridge extension joint plate B, so that the horizontal roof roof Even if the plate A is made of a highly elastic material (such as copper), or even if the temperature difference in the area where the horizontal roofing plate A is installed is large, the horizontal roofing plate A will Thermal expansion and contraction that occurs in response to the outside temperature can be absorbed at the above-mentioned intervals, and in particular, the main joint plate 8 of the joint plate B for the lower ridge can be used to absorb the thermal expansion and contraction that occurs in response to the outside temperature. Because they are not fixed to the edges and are free, they do not cause thermal stress on the left and right horizontal roof panels A, A, and even on the horizontal roof, especially for horizontal roof panels that are exposed on the outer surface. The main plate 4 of the roof plate A can be made to have almost no deformation strain or the like. This makes it possible to create a strong connection structure in which almost no deformation strain occurs even when subjected to external forces such as earthquakes, and it is also possible to prevent the conventional reduction in strength due to strain generation and the plate rattling phenomenon.

Also, the bent portion 9 at the front end of the joint plate B for the ridge is engaged with the outer engaging portions 6, 6 of the opposing horizontal roof plates A, A at the ridge exit location, and the rear end is connected to the ridge exit location. The inner engaging portion 5 of the opposing horizontal roofing sheets A, A,
By inserting the joint plate B into the lower part 5, the joint plate B for getting off the roof can be made difficult to come off and has excellent strength. By doing this, the ridge of the horizontal roof will have a continuous step similar to that of the general area, and the architectural beauty can be improved.
