タツドボルトと、一対のクリツプ具に２分割され
予めダツシユパツトの両面側から挿入貫通して互
いに嵌合する垂直方向よりも水平方向が長い横長
状のクリツプと、一方のクリツプ具に設けられ開
口端面の直径を大とし内部側に向かつて漸次直径
が縮小するテーパ開口部およびこのテーパ開口部
に連設され上記スタツドボルトに挿嵌して他方の
クリツプ具とともにダツシユパツトごとスタツド
ボルトに掛止される挿嵌部と、他方のクリツプ具
に設けられカーペツトを面状に係止する係止板部
とを具備したことを特徴とする車両におけるダツ
