[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to the improvement of surgical scalpels used for surgical medical treatment, and in particular aims to speed up surgery by making it easier to replace replacement blades. The aim is to completely integrate the handle and the handle, making it possible to perform even more precise microsurgery.

(Prior Art) As shown in FIG. 5, a surgical scalpel that has been commonly used in the past has a handle 1, a convex portion 2 of a fitting attachment portion at the tip of the handle, and a convex portion 2 of a fitting attachment portion provided at the tip of the handle. It is composed of a replaceable blade 3 that is removably fitted into the shaped part 2 using a fitting groove 3b, and the replaceable blade 3 has a blade 3a only on one side in the width direction from the tip. Various blades with different shapes of cutting edges are available depending on the situation.

(Problems to be solved with the invention) However, all of the conventional replaceable blades mentioned above are formed flat from the tip to the width direction, and each replaceable blade only has a blade from the tip to one side in the width direction. Although it is convenient for making linear incisions in the affected area, it is not suitable for making circular incisions and inevitably creates many unnecessary incision lines.
Particularly when removing relatively small dot-like polyps, etc., the incision inevitably tends to create straight extra incision lines, resulting in wasted labor and a tendency to leave ugly "scars". Not only that, but since the two are joined on two planes, it is difficult to ensure that their longitudinal axes are perfectly aligned and fixed, which also poses the problem of requiring considerable skill to perform precise surgical procedures. Ta.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned difficulties of the prior art. In a scalpel consisting of a replaceable blade that is removably fitted to the tip of a handle, the replaceable blade is curved in the left and right width direction, and a fitting groove is provided at the curved base, and the handle has at least a tip. The replaceable blade fitting surface is formed in an arc shape to match the curved inner surface shape of the above-mentioned replaceable blade, and a convex portion that can be fitted into the above-mentioned replaceable blade fitting groove is formed approximately in the center thereof. Regarding surgical scalpels.

(Function) The replaceable blade 14 shown in each of the embodiments described above has its curved base inside the replaceable blade fitting part 1 of the handle 11.
2, the fitting groove 15 is elastically fitted and fixed using the concave portion 13a of the convex portion 13 on the handle side, and is ready for use. In this case, the fixing means may be tightened and fixed by screws.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, the present invention provides a handle having a replaceable blade fitting part having an arcuate back surface at the tip and a convex part that can be fitted into the fitting groove of the replaceable blade; It consists of a replaceable blade that is removably fitted into the blade fitting part and is curved in the left and right width direction, and has a fitting groove in the curved base, so it is difficult to carry out surgical operations, etc. When replacing a replaceable blade of any shape depending on the purpose, it is extremely easy and quick to replace it, and in order to overlap the curved surfaces, the axis of the base of the curved replaceable blade can be replaced with the curved replaceable blade at the tip of the handle. The axis of the fitting surface can be completely aligned and fixed, and as a result, the replaceable blade and handle are integrated and there is no wobbling. It is possible to accurately excise the part to be excised using the minimum incision line, and to perform even more precise microsurgery.
