【考案の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
本考案は外科医療用に使用される手術用メスの
改良に関し、替刃の交換を容易にして手術の迅速
化をはかるとともに、とくに替刃とハンドルの完
全一体化をはかり、一層精緻なマイクロ外科手術

の先端から幅方向にかけてすべて平坦状に形成さ
れ、しかも各替刃にはいずれも先端から幅方向一
側にのみしか刃が形成されていないために患部の
直線的な切開には都合がよい反面、円形的な切開
には向かず必然的に余分な切開線を多くつくり、
特に点状の比較的小さなポリープ等の切除に際し
ては切り口が必然的に直線的な余分な切開線をつ
くり易く、その結果無駄な労力と醜い「傷痕」を
残す傾向があつた。そればかりではなく両者の結
合が、平面同士であるところからその長さ方向軸
線を完全に一致かつ固定させることが難しく、こ
の面からも精ちな外科手術には相当の熟練を要す

そこで本考案は上記した従来技術の難点を解決
すべく案出されたものであつて、具体的には、先
端に替刃嵌着部を有するハンドルおよび該ハンド
ルの先端に着脱自在に嵌着される替刃とからなる
メスにおいて、替刃は左右幅方向に湾曲し、しか
もその湾曲した基部には嵌着溝が設けられている
とともに、ハンドルは少なくとも先端の替刃嵌着
面が上記替刃の湾曲内面形状に合わせて弧状に形
成され、しかもその略中央部に前記した替刃の嵌
着溝に嵌合が可能な凸状部が形成されている手術

に湾曲し、しかもその湾曲した基部には嵌着溝が
設けられた替刃とからなるものであるために、外
科的手術等に際し、目的に応じて任意形状の替刃
の交換がきわめて簡易迅速におこなうことができ
るとともに、湾曲面を相互に重ね合わせるため
に、湾曲した替刃の基部の軸線をハンドル先端の
湾曲した替刃嵌着面の軸線と、方向を完全に一致
かつ固定させることができ、その結果、替刃とハ
ンドルとが一体化してグラつきを生ずることがな
く、これにより特に点状に近い比較的小さなポリ
ープ等の切除をはじめとし、最小限度の切開線に
より切除すべき部分を的確に切除することがで
き、一層精緻なマイクロ外科手術の実施を可能に
