磁気テープの上記ドラムへの巻装角を２等分する
線と直交する該ドラムの中心を含む線を中心に該
ドラムの傾斜角度を両方向に可変する傾斜角度可
変機構を設け、該傾斜角度可変機構により、上記
磁気テープをドラムのリードに沿わしめるように
上記ドラムの傾斜角度を調整可能に構成したこと
