本発明はカセツトテープレコーダのカセツト蓋

装置について説明する。第１図は従来のカセツト
テープレコーダの断面図であり、図中、１は前面
キヤビネツトであり、後面キヤビネツト２と嵌合
固定されている。４はカセツトテープレコーダの
メカニズムであり、テープカセツト７をカセツト
テープ押え上げバネ４−１により常にヘツド４−
３側へ押圧している。カセツト蓋体３には前記テ
ープカセツト７をメカニズム４側へ押圧する為の
押えバネ６が固定され、前記カセツト蓋体３は蝶
番９により回転軸１１を中心に回転自在となるよ
うに支持されている。そして、上記蝶番９はカセ
ツト蓋体３に固固定手段８によつて固定され、か
つ前面キヤビネツト１にビス１０により固定され
ている。ここで、上記蝶番９は第２図に示すよう
に２つの取付板９−１，９−２を必要としてお
り、前記取付板９−１，９−２には互いにカール
状の軸取付部９−４，９−３が複数個形成され、
これらの取付部９−４，９−３へ回転中心となる
回転軸１１が挿入されており、また取付板９−
１，９−２の中央部に位置するように前記取付板
を互いに反発させる為のコイル部を有する線バネ
１２を回転軸１１に嵌挿し、その両端部１２−

ける危険度も高く、作業的にもむづかしいという
欠点があつた。また蝶番は２枚の取付板で構成す
るためにコスト的にもカセツト蓋体の回転装置と

かつ上記カセツト蓋体の上記舌片部が対向する部
分より内方に上記舌片部への当接前に上記線バネ
の端部を入り込ませておくための切欠部を設けた
ことを特長とするものである。かかる構成によれ
ば、取付板に対しカセツト蓋体を回転自在に支持
するための回転軸の挿入の終りに近い部分におい
て線バネを嵌挿し、しかもその線バネは一端部が
上記カセツト蓋体の切欠部に入り込んで反発力が
作用していない状態にあるため、上記線バネを上
記カセツト蓋体を開くように懸架するためのバネ
掛け作業が簡単になり、しかも安いコストでカセ
ツト蓋体の開聞装置を構成することができるもの

心より外側方向へ伸びた舌片部９−７が形成さ
れ、この舌片部９−７にカセツト蓋体３と取付板
９が反発する様な付勢力を与える線バネ１２の一
端部１２−２が当接されており、上記線バネ１２
の一端部１２−１がカセツト蓋体３に当接されて
いる。なお、上記線バネ１２はそのコイル部が上
記回転軸１２に嵌挿されている。前記線バネの一
端１２−２に相対するカセツト蓋体３の部分には
