Abstract

PURPOSE:To use the urine impregnated into a diaper as a sample and prevent the urine from sticking to a finger by directly arranging a color reagent on the outer member of a reagent storage body. CONSTITUTION:A storage body 1 is covered by a moisture-proof outer member 2 on the outside and sealed by a seal section 3 moisture-tightly, color reagent layers 4, 5 are arranged on the inside surface of the member 2, and a sticking marker layer 6 is arranged as required. For a urine examination, a part of the member 2 is cut and opened to prepare a urine examination tool. When a cut section 9 is removed along a cut line 8 provided on the surface of the member 2 of the storage body 1, for example, the reagent layers 4, 5 and the marker layer 6 provided on the inside of the member 2 are exposed. The reagent layers 4, 5 and the marker layer 6 are brought into contact with an absorber by a finger 11, they are pressed from the back side of the member 2 so that a urine specimen is sufficiently stuck to the reagent layers 4, 5, and the sticking of the urine specimen is confirmed with a marker layer 6. After the reagent layers 4, 5 are left in the air and a fixed period elapses, they are compared with the standard color tone, and the concentration of the examination subject is judged.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Testing the sugar content and protein content in urine is important for health management. Various simple urine test kits are commercially available that allow this to be investigated at home. In these urine test kits, a coloring reagent on a carrier is immersed in urine so that the urine sample adheres to the reagent, and then left in the air for a certain period of time. The content of sugar and protein in urine is determined by comparing it with For example, in the case of commercially available urine test strips that have a color reagent printed or affixed on one side of the tip region of a long, thin sheet, the end opposite to the tip region on which the color reagent is printed or affixed. Insert the coloring reagent area into the stream of urine while urinating while holding it in your hand, or immerse the coloring reagent area in urine collected in a suitable container, respectively, and apply the urine sample to the coloring reagent. After applying it, leave it in the air and check the color development after a certain period of time. Alternatively, in a container-type test kit in which a small sheet-like piece printed with a coloring reagent is placed near the inner bottom of the container, a sufficient amount of urine is poured into the container, then removed, allowed to elapse for a certain period of time, and then Similarly, the coloring state is compared with the color tone of the standard color tone table. In this container-type test kit, only both ends of the reagent-carrying sheet are fixed to the inner surface of the container, and by arranging the reagent-carrying sheet in the center so that it does not come into contact with the inner surface, excess urine attached to the coloring reagent can be removed. It is designed so that it can be dropped.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] On the other hand, for example, in the case of infants and the elderly, it is necessary to make them urinate during the test,
Or it is not always easy to collect urine into a container for testing. Even if an infant or an elderly person attempts to use urine soaked in a diaper as a sample, conventional container-type test kits do not allow the coloring reagent area to come into contact with the urine. Also,
Urine test strips are thinner than your finger, so if you bring the coloring reagent area into contact with the liquid absorbent material of the diaper and press it with your finger, the urine will stick to your finger and stain it. Ta. Furthermore, in conventional test kits, the color reagent support and the outer container part, or the urine test strip and its storage bag, are manufactured separately, which complicates the manufacturing and assembly process and consumes materials. It also had the disadvantage of requiring an extra amount.

The sample adhesion marker layer 6 may be a material that changes color when it comes into contact with urine, either alone or mixed with a resin, printed directly on the inner surface of the jacket member, or a support such as paper, felt, or nonwoven fabric. A sheet is used in which a sheet containing carbon dioxide is attached to the inner surface of the jacket member. Substances that change color when in contact with urine include, for example, compounds that change color upon absorption of moisture, such as cobalt chloride, and pH-sensitive substances such as methyl red, bromothymol blue, para-nitrophenol, bromophenol red, or bromocresol purple. It is possible to use dyes that change color depending on the color, ie, pH indicators, powdered inks, and the like. In particular, for compounds that change color due to moisture absorption, such as cobalt chloride, it is not only possible to confirm that urine has adhered to the compound, but also to confirm that the coloring reagent has not been denatured by moisture absorption before use. This is preferable because it can be done.

[0013] When carrying out a urine test, a portion of the outer cover member 2 is cut and unsealed to prepare a urine test tool. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, if the cutout part 9 is removed along the cutout line 8 provided on the surface of the jacket member 2 of the container 1, as shown in FIG. For example, the coloring reagent layer 4 for glucose testing, the coloring reagent layer 5 for protein testing, and the sample adhesion marker layer 6 are exposed. The number of coloring reagents provided inside the envelope member may be one, two, or three or more. Further, although not shown in FIG. 3, standard color bands can be provided near each color test reagent, so that the state of color change of the color reagents can be compared on the spot. The sheet-like test tool 10 thus developed is bent appropriately as shown in FIG. 4, and the coloring reagent layers 4 and 5 and the sample adhesion marker layer 6 are brought into contact with the absorbent material of a diaper, for example. , the outer cover member 2 is pressed from the back side so that the urine sample sufficiently adheres to the coloring reagent layer. After pressing,
Adhesion of the urine sample is confirmed by the sample adhesion marker layer 6. If the urine sample is not sufficiently attached, repeat the pressing until it is sufficient. Next, the color reagent layers 4 and 5 are left in the air, and after a predetermined period of time (usually less than 1 minute) has elapsed, the degree of color tone of the color reagent is compared with the color tone of the standard color tone table. Accordingly, the concentration of the test target in the urine sample can be determined.

When carrying out a urine test, the bottom wall member 21 is removed and a lid-shaped test tool 30 consisting of a lid-shaped outer covering member 22 is prepared. As shown in FIG. 6, this lid-type test tool 30 is placed on the diaper 23, for example, and the roof portion 22a of the lid-type test tool 30 is pushed in the direction of arrow A with a finger (not shown). Since the lid-type test tool 30 is made of a flexible material, only the coloring reagent layers 4 and 5 inside the roof portion 22a and the sample adhesion marker layer 6 come into contact with the urine sample, and the lid-type test tool 30 side wall portion 22b does not come into contact with the urine sample. After pressing, the sample adhesion marker layer 6
Check for adhesion of the urine sample. By making at least a portion of the lid-type test tool 30 transparent or translucent, the attachment of the urine sample can be confirmed from the outside. Moreover, if a suitable protrusion is provided on the outside of the lid-type test tool 30, the test tool 30 can be easily picked up after contact with a urine sample.

Effects of the Invention According to the urine test tool of the present invention, which is prepared by opening the coloring reagent container for urine test, even when testing the urine of infants and the elderly, for example, it is possible to make the patient urinate during the test.
There is no need to collect urine in a container for testing, and the urine of infants and elderly people soaked in diapers can be used as a sample, and the urine does not stick to the fingers and does not stain the fingers. Furthermore, since the coloring reagent container for urine testing of the present invention places the coloring reagent directly on the outer cover member, not only is the manufacturing and assembly process simple, but there is also no need to manufacture bags or containers for storage. Since there is no material, material costs are also reduced.
