Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ケースに嵌挿固定した固定軸と固定軸外周に
回転自在に設けた回転部材とこの回転部材の駆動
手段を具えた光偏向器において、動圧発生用溝を
刻設した固定軸の外周に回転自在にスリーブを嵌
挿し、このスリーブに回転多面鏡の水平基準面を
具えたハブを嵌挿固着し、スリーブに直接外嵌し
た回転多面鏡の位置を前記水平基準面とスリーブ
と回転多面鏡の嵌合部とにより決定可能としたこ
とを特徴とする流体軸受型光偏向器。 ２ 固定軸を嵌挿固定したケースの内側壁とスリ
ーブの上蓋を取りつけた面と反対面との間にスラ
スト軸受を設けた請求項１記載の流体軸受型光偏
向器。 ３ ハブ上に配設した回転多面鏡をミラ押え及び
ボルトによりハブに組付けてなる請求項１記載の
流体軸受型光偏向器。
