Claims (1)
- 回転軸にメイテイングリングをシールナツトに
より固定すると共に、該シールナツトの大気側に
おけるハウジングと回転軸との間にサイドシール
リングを配置してなるメカニカルシールにおいて
、前記シールナツトと前記サイドシールとの間の
回転軸部分の周りにダンパリングを配置すると共
に、該ダンパリングの背面両面と前記ハウジング
との間にそれぞれＯリングを配置し、軸振動減衰
能を持たせたことを特徴とするメカニカルシール
。
