本考案はブラウン管を化粧パネルに固定する装
置に関し、特に部品点数を減少せしめ作業能力を
向上せしめるに有効なブラウン管固定装置に関す

ブラウン管を化粧パネルに固定する場合、従来

ることなく固定するものであつた。このとき詰め
部材としてサイズの異なる複数の種類を用意して
おき、ブラウン管の側周縁に取付けられたテンシ
ヨンバンドの肉厚バラツキ等によつて生じるブラ
ウン管側周縁と化粧パネルのポールとの間のギヤ
ツプの広・狭に応じて複数種類のうちいずれかを
選択して使用するものであつた。従つて、詰め部
材を複数種類用意するために組立製造コストの低
減化が困難であるのみならず部品の在庫管理を複
雑困難にする問題点があつた。

しめることが可能となり前記問題点が解消され得

ル4の断面積より小さく形成されている。この詰
め部材5の各辺の肉厚H1〜H4は、第3図に示さ
れるようにそれぞれ異なつており例えば夫々1,
2,3および4ミリに設定される。ギヤツプG
は、化粧パネル2をモールデイング一体成形によ
つて製作されるときの製造誤差又はテンシヨンバ
ンド3の製造メーカ毎の肉厚バラツキなどによつ
て、必ずしも一定ではなく若干広い場合もありま
た狭い場合もある。本考案は、このようにギヤツ
プGに広・狭のバラツキが生じても、詰め部材5
に準備された4種類の肉厚を適宜選択することに
よつて該ギヤツプGを強固に埋めることすなわち
ブラウン管1を化粧パネル2に強固に固定するこ
