Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a space to be saved and disks to be produced highly efficiently by providing a molder, an ejecting device, a sputter device, a protective film forming device, an inspection device, a printer a control device, and an air cleaner. リ−ンにする空気清浄装置9は密閉された空間1内に設
