Abstract

PURPOSE:To attach or remove a battery and unlock the same through a series of operations by making the direction of operation of an unlock button the same as that in which a battery is attached or removed. CONSTITUTION:A battery 50 is slid in the (b) direction and then engagement portions 55a, 56a are inserted into respective engagement portions 301a, 302a and also a projecting portion 308 is made to abut on the guide face 59 of a projecting portion 58 and a lever 307 is put in a turning movement against a spring in the direction indicated by the arrow (c) and when the lever 307 passes beyond the top of the guide face 59 the projecting portion 308 falls into the projecting portion 58 whereby the battery is locked. To remove the battery 50 from a TV tuner 30, an unlock button 311 is slid in the direction of the arrow (e) and then the lever 307 is put in a turning movement against the spring in the direction of the arrow (c) and the projecting portions 58, 308 are disengaged from each other. Therefore the battery can be attached or removed and also unlocked through a series of operations.

The structure proposed in Utility Model Application No. 61-132409 is a protrusion that engages the side surface of the battery (the mounting surface is the surface) and the side surface of the camera casing (the surface to be mounted is the surface) by sliding these sides together. Furthermore, a locking member for maintaining the engaged state is provided on the camera housing side. Also, Jitsugan Sho 63-5234
The structure proposed in No. 6 has protrusions that engage with each other by sliding on the surface on which the battery is attached and the surface on which the battery charger is attached, and a locking hook on the surface on which the battery charger is attached. To attach the battery, a recess into which the locking hook fits is provided on the surface.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the structure proposed in Utility Application No. 132409/1980, the battery and the mating member are attached and detached by sliding the battery linearly relative to the mating member. Since the battery is prevented from being removed by a locking member that rotates in a direction different from the sliding movement, it is not possible to attach/detach the battery and release the lock in a continuous smooth movement. .

Furthermore, in the structure proposed in Utility Application No. 63-52346, since the recess and the hook are engaged only by the elastic force of the locking hook, the battery may be damaged if vibration or a somewhat strong force is applied. It comes off from the mating member.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, in the first invention, the battery is mounted on a surface, and the mating member is mounted on a guide F that is inclined with respect to the sliding direction on either one of the surfaces. A locking protrusion having a surface is provided, and a lever is provided on the other of the battery and the mating member, a portion of which engages with the locking protrusion by the elastic force of a spring, and a lever extending in the same direction as the sliding direction of the battery. A release button is provided which releases the engaged state of the lever by moving against the spring.

In addition, in the second aspect of the invention, the battery, which is attached to and detached from the mating member by a sliding operation, is attached by providing a terminal on the surface and a cover that covers the terminal and is slidable in the same direction as the attachment and detachment direction of the battery.

Furthermore, in the third aspect of the invention, the battery is attached by attaching a slideable cover that covers the terminal provided on the surface with a force that allows the battery to slide relative to the mating member when the engagement between the battery and the mating member is released. It was biased in the closing direction by a spring.

(Function) Since the direction in which the lock release button is operated is the same as the direction in which the battery is installed and removed, it is possible to perform everything from installation and removal of the battery to unlocking in a series of operations. The cover automatically opens when the cover is attached, and when the lock is released, the spring that biases the cover in the closing direction causes the battery to move relative to the other member, indicating that the lock has been released. You will know it intuitively.

At this time, the protrusion 308 of the lever 307 is located within the four portions 57 of the surface on which the battery 50 is attached. After that, the battery 50 is slid in the b direction. On the other hand, to remove the battery 50 from the TV tuner 30, as shown in FIG. 6, slide the release button 311 in the direction of arrow e. Then, the lever 307 rotates in the direction of arrow C against the spring, and the engagement between the projections 58 and 308 is released.

Here, since the elastic force of the spring 63 is set to be relatively strong, when the engagement between the protrusions 58 and 308 is released, the elastic force of the spring 63 will slightly damage the battery 50 or the TV tuner 30. You can tell when the lock is released because it slides. Thereafter, the battery 50 is removed from the TV tuner 30 by sliding the battery 50 in the opposite direction.

(Effects) As explained above, according to the present invention, the structure of the locking mechanism in the battery attachment/detachment mechanism can be easily and reliably locked, and since the operating direction of the lock release button and the direction of battery attachment/detachment are the same, it is possible to continuously You can do everything from attaching and detaching the battery to unlocking with just a few steps, making it extremely easy to use.

In addition, when installing the battery, a terminal cover is provided on the surface that automatically opens and closes in conjunction with the installation of the battery, so there is no need to cover the terminals with vinyl tape or the like when stocking them.

Furthermore, the elastic force of the spring that biases the cover in the closing direction causes the battery to move relative to the mating member when the lock is released, so you can intuitively know that the lock has been released, and you can avoid unreasonable situations. There is no need to pull out the battery with force or repeat the removal operation many times.

(3) By sliding the mounting surface of the battery against the mounting surface of the mating member, the engaging parts provided on the mounting surface and the mounting surface engage and disengage with each other, and the engaged state is locked by the locking mechanism. In the battery attachment/detachment mechanism, the engagement state is released by operating a release button, and a terminal and a cover covering the terminal are provided on the mounting surface of the battery, and the cover is arranged in the direction of attachment/detachment of the battery. The battery can be slid in the same direction and biased in the closing direction by a spring, and the strength of this spring is set to the strength that causes the battery to slide relative to the mating member when the engagement state is released by operating the release button. A battery attachment/detachment mechanism characterized by the following settings.
