【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は主吸気通路と交叉、摺動して、該主吸
気通路を開閉制御する板状の摺動弁をそなえた摺
動弁式気化器、或いは定負圧式気化器に関し、更
に詳細にのべれば該気化器の筺体に形成する前記
板状の摺動弁の案内面を切削加工によつて形成す
る代りに平板部材を鋳込配置して形成することに
よつて、前記気化器の筺体の一体成形を可能とし
た板状の摺動弁をそなえた気化器に関する。

であつて、一体に成形された気化器の筺体に鋳抜
きによつて形成された筒状の孔にリーマ加工を施
して摺動弁の案内面を形成することができる。然
るに板状の摺動弁を使用する気化器では、摺動弁
の案内面が平面であつて、筺体成形後ミーリング
加工を施さなければならないため、例えば実開昭
60−149862号に開示されている様に、摺動弁を案
内する部分で気化器の筺体が分割形成されてい
る。図によつてこれを説明する。第11図は実開
昭60−149862号開示の板状摺動弁式気化器の水平
断面図で、符号1は該気化器の筺体で板状の摺動
弁2の案内部分において筺体本体部3とエアフア
ンネル部4とに二分割されている。5は主吸気通
路である。前記摺動弁2は第12図に示す様に前
面(下流側の面)2−1及び後面(上流側の面)
2−2をそれぞれ含む鍔部2−3及び2−4が形
成され、鍔部2−3は筺体本体部3の主吸気通路
5の上流側端面6とエアフアンネル部4の下流側
端面7とによつて案内され、鍔部2−4はエアフ
アンネル部4に鋳抜きによつて形成された溝8に
よつて案内される。前記の面6及び7は前記鍔部
2−3の案内面として平面に切削加工されている
が、前記溝8は鍔部2−4の逃げとしての役を果
せば十分であるから鋳抜きのまゝである。9は前
記摺動弁2の部分において前記主吸気通路5内の
吸気流の乱れを少なくするための、いわゆるスム
ーズボア形成部であつて、前記摺動弁2の鍔部2
−3及び2−4の間に収容される。

に形成されていて前記摺動弁2の下流側及び上流
側の両面2−1,2−2を案内する。10aは主
吸気通路5に対応する開口、10bはニードルジ
エツト11に対応する開口である。
