スラリーを生成させるタンク；上記スラリーを導
入して粗粒を分離除去する液体サイクロン；およ
び上記液体サイクロンに残つたスラリーを導入し
て粉体と水分を含む添加剤とに分離する脱水器を
備えたことを特徴とする超微粒子の分級精製装置
