【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】一側上縁を成形すべき成形品の曲げ部に対
応した曲面とした成形型と、この成形型の端面に上記曲
面の曲率半径中心に軸線が一致するように水平方向に突
設した支持軸と、成形型の内部に配設され成形すべき成
形品を加熱するための加熱装置と、上記支持軸に装着さ
れ垂直位置に回動した時下面を成形型の上面と平行にす
るとともに成形型の上面との間に成形品の厚さに相当す
る間隔を形成する回転ブロックとを有することを特徴と
する複合材の成形装置。

る交換ブロックと、上記成形型の端面に上記曲面の曲率
半径中心に軸線が一致するように設けた支持軸と、成形
型の内部に配設され成形すべき成形品を加熱するための
加熱装置と、上記成形型の支持軸に装着され垂直位置に
回動した時下面を成形型の上面と平行にしかつ成形型の
上面との間に成形品の厚さに相当する間隔を形成する回
転ブロックと、上記支持軸に回動自在に装着された回転
ブロックを同期して回動させるための駆動装置とを有す
ることを特徴とする複合材の成形装置。
