変換するアナログ/デジタル変換手段と、前記デ
ジタル信号が入力されてこれをメモリに格納しこ
のメモリに格納されたデータを用いて所定の信号
処理をして出力信号に変換すると共に固定のタイ
ミングと可変のタイミングとの和のタイミングを
持つ前記タイミング信号を出力するプロセツサ手
段とを具備し、前記物理量が周期的に変動しても
前記出力信号に誤差が生じないようにしたことを
