おいて使用される水栓に関し、さらに詳しくは先
端にシヤワーヘツド等の吐水器具が継がれた可撓
性のホースを受止具より引き出し自在に挿通した
吐水器具の支持装置に関するものである。

された受止具、dはホースeの先端に鼓状の接続
具fを介して取付られた蛇口で、受止具cに形成
された受孔gの内面に該接続具fが着脱自在に支
承されるようにしたものである。一方、同様に吐
水器具を水栓本体の一部に形成された受止部より
引き出し自在になるように構成したものは実公昭
60−20695号公報にも見られる。

[実施例] この実施例は洗髪用を兼ねた洗面器に吐水状態
がシヤワー散水または集中吐水に切換えられるよ
うにした吐水器具を設けてなるもので、これを第
1図〜第6図に従い説明すると、1は排水管2を
有する洗面器、3,4は給湯用止水栓と給水用止
水栓、5は該洗面器1の水平な取付面6上に設け
られたシングルレバー操作型の湯水混合栓で、該
混合栓には前記止水栓3,4からの配管7,7が
配設されている。そして該混合栓に基端部を連結
した可撓性のホース8の先端には吐水器具9が継
がれている。該吐水器具9は前記したようにシヤ
ワー散水状態と集中吐水状態とがハンドル10の
操作によつて切換できるようにしてなるもので、
このような切換を可能とした吐水器具自体は公知
であるのでその構造を第2図に従い簡単に説明す
れば以下のとおりである。即ち、器具本体11の
吐水部に中心部位に集中吐水口12、周縁部位に
シヤワー散水口13を形成したキヤツプ14が螺
着され、器具本体11内に一体に形成された筒部
15にスピンドル16が螺合され、該スピンドル
16の外方突出端には前記ハンドル10を固着す
ると共に内端にはビス17によつて弁体18,1
9が固着され、該弁体18,19に対向する弁座
部20を前記キヤツプ14に一体に形成してなる
もので、ハンドル10を操作してスピンドル16
を進退動させ弁体18または19を弁座部20に
圧着させることで集中吐水口12またはシヤワー
散水口13からの吐水を可能としたものである。

した窓孔に受止具27の基端部27aを挿入し取
付面6上にゴムパツキン28、下面にゴムパツキ
ン29、座金30を介在させてナツト31を該基
端部27aに螺合固定する。受止具27は一方に
側斜した中空筒状のものでその先端部寄りに前記
スカート部25aが被る小径筒状部27bが段部
27cを介して形成されている。小径筒状27b
の外周にはスカート部25a内周面のスプライン
溝に合致するスプライン溝が形成されている。ま
た、該小径筒状部27bの先端は内向に窄んでい
てここにホース8の外径と同一またはこれより若
干大径または若干小径の透孔32が形成される。
なお透孔32の内面は第4図に拡大して示したよ
うに断面円弧状になつている。

に流下することはあつても透孔32に入ることが
ない。また、吐水器具9を手持してホース8を透
孔32から引き出したときにも、第3図に示した
ように、ホース8が該透孔32を閉塞した状態と
なるので使用中の水飛沫が該透孔32に入ること
はない。そしてこの場合該透孔32の内面は円弧
状に形成されホース8の周面に線接触するので第
3図中破線断線で示したようにホース8はこの透
孔32部を中心として自由に屈曲させ易くホース
の折れ曲りによる通水不良が発生し難くできると
共にホース8引出し時の摩擦抵抗を軽減できる。
また、透孔32をホース8と同径かまたは少し小
径にして透孔32の内面がホース8に圧着するよ
うにすれば収納時にホース8に付着している水滴
までもこの透孔32によつてぬぐい取られるよう
にすることができる。第5図にこの透孔形態の他
の実施例を示すがこのように透孔内面形状は円弧
状でなくてもよい。さらに第6図には小径筒状部
27bの開口縁にゴムまたはナイロン等の低摩擦
係数の合成樹脂材で内周部に弾性リツプ33を有
するように一体に形成されたパツキン34を止着
し水滴の払拭作用をより効果的ならしめた例を示
す。なおこの実施例では小径筒状部27bの外周
面とスカート部25aの内周面にスプライン溝を
形成しこれを互いに噛み合わせることで吐水器具
9が水圧等によつて勝手に回ることのないように
したが、この点の構造については小径筒状部27
bの外周を例えば六角柱状等の多角面としスカー
ト部25bの内面をこれに噛合する多角面とする
ことでもよいことは勿論である。また、この実施
例は湯水混合栓5と受止具27とが別体に構成さ
れたものについて示したが受止具27が一体に構
成されたものであつてもよい。
