時間を演算する到達時間演算手段と、該到達時間
演算手段で演算した排気ガス到達時間と前記クラ
ンク角センサによるクランク角とにより、いずれ
の気筒から酸素センサに到達した排気ガスである
かを決定する気筒別到達ガス決定手段と、該気筒
別到達ガス決定手段で決定した各気筒ごとの酸素
濃度を前記酸素センサで検出し、この検出値から
アイドリング時に各気筒において失火したか否か
